It’s hard to find healthy food late at night in Bellingham (and I’m saying this as someone who likes to go to sleep fairly early!), and Frelard ticks the boxes. Delicious, gluten-free, and a saviour after sunset yoga down at the park. Pickled veggies on the side are amazing too!

The best tamales I’ve ever had!! Packed with filling and cheesy goodness. The house made veggies and salsas are the perfect topping. The space is amazing, too! Can’t wait to visit over and over again

I went with a group of people. The service personnel were happy to bring 2 of my friends their food at their table. 2 of my other friends were told that their food would be brought to them at the table as well. After some waiting, the staff went to the table again and in a passive aggressive tone, they told us that you can actually pick up your food yourselves now". We were confused so we went and did that. Like 10 minutes later

We went in a little before noon on a Saturday to a short wait to counter order.The wait to order line quickly became long and going outside.The 1/2 pound tamales were pretty good, we had the corn, mushroom & cheese and the sweet potato mole. Both came with a generous side of rice and beans and a meager portion of salsa. (had to ask twice for more salsa and I still would have liked more}They seem to be short staffed.The meal was a very good value for the price. We also got 2 tamales to take away for later.I recommend going early for lunch on weekends to avoid a long wait.

Super excited about this restaurant! My take out chicken mole and chicken verde tamales were beyond excellent! Full of flavor, delicious, fresh, moist, and a great bang for the buck. I will be going back again and again!! I highly recommend!

Tamales were delicious. Love the number of vegetarian options. And the pickled veggies were my favorite part. This new location in El suenito went great with their margarita or Night Shift IPA

The vegan fajita tamale plate was very good. The tamale was big and filling. They also have a Soyrizo and vegan cheese variety, but were out. The michelada was delicious and refreshing.

I never liked tamales because I never had a properly made tamale.Until now.Yes! These tamales were worth the wait in the freezing-cold outside line, but I was super happy to score indoor seating. Not an extensive beer list, but a style for every preference and the two we had were quite good. The guacamole was outstanding. The tacos looked good and I look forward to trying them on our next visit.

This place absolutely rocks, the staff are so kind and delightful <3 They have plenty of GF, Dairy free and vegetarian options. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, the atmosphere is nice and they also have outdoor seating. Just awesome. Im not surprised this place is as busy as it is already, they deserve the business!
