Parkside RV

We have had nothing but great experiences with the folks at Parkside RV and Jellystone/Marine Park.Their offerings are top notch, and very unique. Having camped for years across the island, I have never found a group so dedicated to continuous improvements, and really pushing the sense of community within the park.100’s of fully serviced sites, an awesome beach, and amenities like an onsite liquor express, Greco pizza, convenience store, and laundry, excellent product knowledge, on-site servicing, and even the ability to purchase new/used RV’s right from the park are just a few of the reasons this place is in a league of its own. Having purchased a number of trailers from various vendors, I can say with great confidence that my experience with Parkside RV was fantastic. High quality products, Real financial experience to help select the best options, site grooming with heavy machinery to accommodate change, and all at a fast pace.Anyone that spends time at the park see first hand the hours and effort that the Snow family put into making it something special. And with the upcoming launch of the join with Jellystone Park franchise, things are looking bright.I don’t often write reviews, but I genuinely and highly recommend these great folks.

Very bad service. Had to drive my new trailer that was there to have lights fixed 5 hours in the dark with no light. Haven't responded to my emails or phone calls. Not the first time they ignored me when i had problems. The first time i had to leave a bad review then got a call 5 minutes after.

Great rv park, service and selection in store....but as far as the sales I would not recommend this place to a first time buyer. The rv is excellent but after its yours your on your own, do your research and make YouTube your friend.

Most of the experiences have been positive and any issues were addressed and resolved in professional timely fashion.It's been a learning experience with the travel trailer lifestyle, but it's been made easier by having knowledgable, attentive and friendly staff available by appointment or as a walk-in (when available).I was satisfied with the sales process, the camp site, and to see the hard work on the lot and throughout the camp ground.
