Déneigement Universel à Cap-Rouge

Quand il recule,il se fait arrêter par le banc de neige en face. Il pousse le banc de neige dans mon entrée. Il a écrasé mon poteau et celui de la ville. Je l'ai intercepté une fois c'est à peine s'il a accepté de déneiger le dégât qu'il m'a fait.

Depuis plusieur année je suis avec deneigement universel et j'ai toujours eu un bon service

Trés bon service depuis 7 ans. Le Déneigement se fait tôt le matin. Je suis satisfait jusqu'à présent.

Customer service is horrible. Today, we removed our cars from our driveway and waited for them to come. Eventually they did, but then passed our house! We called to ask them to remove snow from our driveway. They did come, but then they immediately called back to say it was already done. Futhermore, they argued saying that we should not put snow onto our driveway. Well, we would not do it if they actually did their job. They constantly miss the edges so as the winter goes on, our driveway becomes narrower. So I just clean the edges and place the snow into the middle of the driveway so they can remove it. Also, they blow the snow onto our stairway, so we have to remove it after they come. Last year they damaged our reflective post and the wooden stair way. Ok, they were minor damages and accidents happen and I let it pass. I did not call them to complain. Honestly, it takes them 45 seconds to just pass through our driveway. But then to call back and tell us that we should not put snow on our driveway and give us attitude is just plain dumb. If they give customers a hard time, then they are not worth it.
