I had contacted Greenfoot Energy Solutions & right from Ken, who provided the quote & Tanner & Chris who installed the heat pump & Dustin & Austin who spray foam insulated the basement, the service was great! They were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. From introductions, all the prep work through to finish was very efficient & they cleaned up after! They knew what they were doing & did a great job in answering questions & showing how to work the heat pump. Great service! Great representation! Can’t wait to be a little more cozier this winter!

First I have to thank the Greenfoot team, starting with Jade(sales). He was extremely knowledgable and provide fast detailed quotes, including additional system quotes requirement upon my request. I have to be honest, I was concerned when I started the hunt for heatpumps as my house was an open concept with little to no option other that internal wall for mounting the internal ductless heat pump head units. Additional two units were best located in the main room and master suite, these were back to back on the same internal wall. Jade felt confident the install could be completed but to be sure arranged for two installer to have a site visit to confirm the install was feasible. Thankfully there was a plumbing drain not to far away and little work to open a wall to reach access to the drain but not too difficult . The quote was for Daikins and price was good. I felt confident the install would go good. But days leading up to the install I was a bit concerned but Jade assured me all would be good.All concerns quickly disappeared when Jade, Stewart, Max( and James on day two) arrived. I knew right away these young fellows knew how these units would be installed. They had a positive attitude, courteous, considerate with removing shoes in the house, cleaned and vacuumed any debris and completed the 4 head unit install in 2 days. They walked through usage of the system with the remotes and tested all the drains. The heat is on and works great.Overall I give a five star rating , I have nothing but positives to say. I would like to thank Luke and Tim a father and son team of Green Foote Energy for the awesome job they did of installing blown -in insulation in our attic.From arriving on time, assessing the attic, doing the job and an excellent job of cleanup the entire job was professionally done and painless for myself as a customer!Now that they have spray foamed our basement, along with the attic being done we are seeing a huge savings on our heating bill.I would also like to thank Ken Medwid for his excellent service when supplying the estimates and great consultations, it’s been a pleasure dealing with the entire team.I highly recommend GreenFoote to anyone considering a energy solution upgrade.

Had our heat pumps installed by Greenfoot. Devon and Hakim did a great job on installing the heat pumps and giving us advice on how to maximize efficiecy of the units. Our home is now warm and comfy even when outside temp drops.We also had our attic insulation topped up by Greenfoot. Nick, Luke and Kyle did a great job. Cleaned up well after all works were done.

Working with Greenfoot has been excellent!Our first walk threw with Forest was professional and informative. She was incredibly responsive as we determined what brand and solution we wanted. When the Greener Homes program needed information she was ready to give us what we needed.The scheduling with John was quick and seemless and when a slot opened up a week earlier he let us know right away.The install team of Halim, Devon and Brad were professional, courteous and very accommodating of our 4 month old baby’s nap schedule :).The install was fast and they left no mess. We are just enjoying our new heat and looking forward to a cooler home in the summer.Thanks folks.

We are super-happy with our new heat pump, and also with Greenfoot and staff for making the process easy and pleasant. Andrea is uncommonly good with customers, she helped us understand our options and rebate info, and was readily available for questions. The install crew of Brad and James, along with some help from Halim and Devon, were competent and precise, solved a challenging install situation, and were enjoyable to have around. I'm not sure how Greenfoot can get a staff like this but they must be doing something right, hats off to them. Honestly, it's amazing that superb customer service can also come with the most competitive quote. We're planning our next energy upgrade, and we know who to call.

We had a great experience with our heat pump installs. From Andrea's thoughtful approach on how to make it work in our older home to the fantastic team work from Ben and Brandon on the install. They were careful and methodical in how they worked and were really pleasant to have around. We would definitely recommend Greenfoot!

We hired Greenfoot to install a ducted heat pump (heating and cooling) to replace our existing oil furnace. The sales rep Ken was great and kept an open dialogue with us. There was a slight hiccup with the team coming for measurements and a small misunderstanding on timings to complete the job, however they were quickly resolved. The team as a whole were professional and pleasant to deal with throughout the job.Jason and John finished everything up and walked us through the very easy operation and maintenance of our new unit. They were both great to deal with and very understanding.Definitely reccomend if you're looking for similar service.

I had a new LG forced air furnace heat pump installed by Greenfoot. I had multiple estimates from 3 other companies. From the inital phone conversation with Charlene and follow up emails to the in home estimate with Andrea to the the custom ventalion work done by Allie and final install of the out door unit and electrical work by John and Jason I can't say enough. Every single one of them was professional and very knowledgeable. I have an old house and with that comes alot of challenges for renovations. They were able to adapt to a number of unforseen challenges on the fly and still finshed the projet ahead of schedule. I spent days with some of these people in my house, not one complaint to be had. Do youself a favor if your looking for HVAC work start at Greenfoot. You guys rock! Thanks again!

Greenfoot energy recently installed closed cell foam insulation on my basement walls. I am pleased with all aspects of the project from assessment done so very well by Forest to the the installation done by the technical team. It was such a pleasure to have such cooperative, personable and capable people working in my home.And on top of all that the installation of this product has made a huge difference in the temperature of my home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
