Definitely Recommend Fix Auto for any Auto Body Repair. Ricky in the Office Go's way out of her way to Help you. This is the only place I well ever go now if i need any Auto Body Work. This is my after the repairs and before the repairs

Great work and super friendly. I walked in the door and everyone acknowledged me - they were all busy too. Plans changed and I needed a loaner vehicle… they went out of their way to reorganize their bookings and got me into a loaner while they were working on my car. I highly recommend these guys!

We brought our very dirty jeep in for a detail, I was very impressed from the start, very professional and the jeep was cleaned more then I could have asked!! It was so filthy from dog hair to dust and of course the ash from the fires, they did a amazing job, highly recommend them and would 100% return. thanks FX team.Lisa K, Chilliwack

Was rear ended took it to fix auto chilliwackNow trunk won't open and after a wind storm the rear lenz blew off and broke in two im definitely not pleased even afterwards they tried to fix trunk release and sent me elsewhere.The car is not the saMe

Great service in 2022 and 2023. I would recommend this place. Very pleased with their services. They get your parts quickly and finish the job within hours or a couple days. Best in Chilliwack i’ve been to!

I’m from out of province and was in a fender bender. I popped in to see if they could check a few things to ensure I was safe to make the 11hr drive home. They got me in immediately for a quick fix and were extremely kind and professional. Thank you!

A woman with brown hair who drives out to La:Lem Way arrives here in a fix it auto vehicle, she is friends with people who slander my name (spreading false information) she approached a group of mothers & their children who do not live in this area & complained to them about me. She told them that the mothers should write up a long complaint about me to my local housing committee, ever since the female Fix It Auto employee had slandered my name to many people, a whole bunch of angry mothers who have their kids out in the public park 3 minutes away from my home harass & yell at me. People call security on me & falsely accusing me of things I have never done.This brown haired woman also arrives with an older man with black hair, he appears to be Asian. I use to do quite of business with Fix It Auto, but I'm not sure if I want to anymore after how one of their employees has caused trouble for me just because her friends don't personally like me. That is not how a company should be with their customers. This female employee drove away with a big smirk on her face.I took a picture of their vehicle & their license plate, I really hope I won't have to speak to a lawyer about the harassment I have had to put up with for over a week by now.

Great service with a friendly attitude. I stopped by to ask for a quote on fixing my back bumper ( got to close to a white fence)The receptionist told me their booking appointments for this and it would be a wait. However.....there was a young man in the office that overheard this and agreed that he would come and take a look RIGHT NOW. Not only did he look, he got some cleaner and spent several minutes removing the paint. I'm still left with a couple of scratches that went through the paint but I can live with that. And.......he didn't even charge me. Now that's what I call service !!

Visited briefly and was thoroughly impressed with the organized and professional office staff. I'm sure the rest of the facility and staff are as professional. Looking forward to having my vehicle repaired here.
