I just had the most appalling experience of customer service at Starbucks ever. The barista was rude and I was made to feel like my $70 order was an inconvenience. After preparing my pastries begrudgingly she coldly passes them to me. I remark that customer service needs development, her reply is that of “well.. I was busy packaging up 14 items”. Insinuating that she’s not capable of filling an order while having a standard level of customer service?! Since when does Starbucks shame their customers for spending too much money? Where is the superior customer service that Starbucks’ brand is built from?! I’m in dismay by this experience and from now will take my money elsewhere - I would hate to overwhelm another barista and have her retaliate against me, a dignified paying customer. Absolutely dissatisfied.

Normally I don't have any issues or complaints with the staff here, EVER! I asked politely for a venti iced apple crisp macchiato, and the look the girl gave me when I politely mentioned it was iced not hot was not pleasant. I also noticed how it was not shaken nor stirred, so I asked politely for a spoon so I could mix it to avoid a mouthful of the syrup. Um yeah" then also proceeded to gossip to a fellow coworker was what I got

I came to this location with a friend, and needless to say we were both shocked and disappointed with the way the manager treated one of her employees.This manager thought it was okay to criticize and blame her employee, out loud in front of everyone, while the girl was taking our order, simply because she was under the impression that this employee hadn’t completed a task. If this manager had actually went to look, she would’ve quickly realized that the employee did complete the task. The employee was nothing but kind, and didn’t deserve any of the disrespect she received from the manager. Do better Starbucks.

I could never understand why this is so-called “venti” size no ice! None of the Starbucks branches doing this way. I just wanna a big Volume drink which is not too cold. What am I supposed to do????? Order 2 cups??? Would never go there anymore!

This location really needs an upgrade. There espresso always tastes so bad. It’s bitter and dark, either they aren’t cleaning the machines properly or the machine needs fixing. The beans always taste burnt. Not to mention they don’t have the nitro cold brew yet like every other location. Starbucks please draw some attention to this location.

We arrived at 7:30 pm and are greeted with the happiest expression of “we are closed!”. I am so tired of this Starbucks closing at whatever time they want to! They really need toChange their hours to accommodate the community as many people want a drink after 7:30 pm!!! Also someNew polite staff would be a great addition please!

Wanted blond roast, they were out, so I asked for pike place. Waited almost 10 min, and watched them make orders for people that ordered after me, before asking where my drink was. Barista claimed things were backlogged with a snotty attitude. Not sure about other people's experiences, but usually when you order a basic coffee, the person who took the order just pours the cup because it takes 10 seconds.Then they proceeded to tell me they were out of pike place. Only had dark roast. What kind of coffee place runs out of 2 out of 3 coffee flavors by 11am? You'd think keeping fresh coffee available would be a priority.I ended up getting a refund for my coffee.This place needs to get their s**t together. Every time I've gone there, it's chaotic and unorganized.
