Obsessed! The customer service was absolutely incredible!! Abigail (Abby) was the most attentive, gentle, thoughtful sales rep and honestly, it felt like my own personal shopper- there to help make you feel comfortable. Going bathing suit shopping can be intimidating, overwhelming and exhausting, but not here! I will be going back here time and time again! Thank you!!

We were looking for a modest swimsuit for my daughter. They didn't have any that were acceptable.Other than that, the staff were great. Very friendly and helpful.

I knew looking for a bathing suit in January was going to be a challenge, let alone finding one for a young lady who's in between youth and adult sizes, but we were hopeful - this is a store that sells swimwear, afterall. Unfortunately, the hope we had quickly turned to frustration. While they carried a few styles in smaller sizes, their inventory did not suit our needs, nor was it appropriate for the age we were looking for, and everything is quite expensive! The staff tried to help us, though after knowing what we were looking for (a simple, modest, one piece) continued to push styles we were uncomfortable with. It felt as though they weren't listening to us and were more concerned about making a sale. I wish they would have been honest right from the start and directed us elsewhere.For an adult who has a little extra to spend and is looking for a bikini, or an option that emphasizes your outgoing, confident self, this is the store for you! For us at this time, however, it wasn't a good fit and we will likely not return.

I did not have the best experience, I overheard the girls gossiping about me as I was trying on swim suits and it just felt awful tbh. They were helpful at the beginning so I will give a bit of credit there.

Can't speak highly enough with my experience here today. The sales associate greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. Right away she started helping and advising me, pulling suits to try. She kept bringing me things in the change room which was a HUGE help because I had my 10 month old with me. I've never had a sales associate be more attentive to me and my needs in my life. I will definitely be returning. A variety of plus sized tops that don't make you feel like you're wearing a grandma bikini.

Bikini Village in West Edmonton Mall is probably one of the only places in Edmonton that I'd trust to purchase a beautiful high-quality bathing suit.Staff member Riley was friendly and super helpful. She helped me find sizes, shared helpful input with me, and even put my items on hold for me for the next day. Her cheerfulness and kindness made my shopping experience so much better. She even pulled out a chair for my boyfriend to sit on while waiting. He really appreciated that! Exceptional work, Riley!The whole team there is actually really great. The woman, who I assume was the manager, was very professional and did a great job of helping her staff out when they needed it. This is how an effective work environment is run.5 stars for everyone at that location. I'll definitely be going back!

We were welcomed and the young lady listened to our wants and needs, she went above and beyond to help! We both got new suits, my grand daughter made a new friend and I honestly left in a better mood than when I went in! Thank you all!

Oh my goodness is the staff ever wonderful here! I wish I got their names but there was 2 brunettes that was helping my sister and I yesterday to find the perfect bathing suit we wanted. I was struggling to find a bathing suit that really suited me, but the woman with the longer wavy brown hair was determined to find something I felt confident in. She was so wonderful and sweet! Thank you for helping me find the perfect bathing suit!

There is a lot of options and very nice designs and colors.Everything that you need to go South or at least to visit your local swimming pool.
