Terrible Experience. They cancelled on us too many times to count without letting us know. They had the audacity to blame us for it before taking responsibility and giving every possible excuse for their unprofessional behaviour. We finally got the photoshoot done, but unfortunately, the photos were beyond disappointing. Edited poorly, horrible lightning/setting, and generally pictures that look like they were taken on a film camera in the 90s. I would be kind if I said it seems like an amateur took them, as I could take and edit better photos on my iPhone. Their answers are ridiculous, and their customer service is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone—a huge waste of time and money.

Unfortunate that they only have one location in Regina now, but the photographers are great and really friendly!

DON’T GO THERE!Bought on a “sale” 3 photoshoots. 1 in Studio, 2 on location. Took a while to schedule, two times out of three they forgot to book me and I only discovered on the same day after I’ve called to confirm. Then I called to reschedule because of a rainy day, and after the manager Cathrine made me feel like she’s doing me a favour by moving the date (and after a full waist of all the summer time photoshoot by them).At the day of the photo session, we got the ONLY photographs they have, who is very nice but NOT at all professional. Paid for the pictures and received them a week after they’ve promised to deliver and We received the WORST PICTURES that I’ve ever seen, cut, blurry, bad!Called to get reimbursed for the rest two photo sessions I’ve have bought, they refused to pay me back. So disappointed!Save yourself the trouble and keep your money!

Photographer not professional at all,poor services, they charge a lot for passport photos compared to London drugs and other studios in city.I do not recommend it to anyone.

Worst experience. After waiting for so long time for a family picture, dressing up my lil kids, when I looked at the photo, I felt a kid can take a better quality picture than this studio.Overpriced and unprofessional. They doesn’t even bother how to take a picture. Just click and they say, that’s what they can do n above that they put their company logo, which covers children face.Please do not go.

Overpriced, charged me 33 dollars for passport photo. Could have done it in Walmart for 13 if I had known earlier. Gave the place two stars because at least the photo was decent

Very bad service do not recommend this service am so disappointed. The photographer not even professional

poor customer service, very expensive, and worst of all very poor picture quality. They charge almost $39 for 2 passport size pictures. I emailed customer service and asked them to contact me through email only and they never contacted me for any resolution. Go to London Drugs or an actual Walmart photo center and get your pictures in about $12 with better picture quality and from professional photographers.
