This was my first time purchasing a car outright and was beyond thrilled with how seamless the experience was! I entered the dealership on Wednesday (December 14) at around 6:00pm and was out the door at 9:00pm with the knowledge that I was the new owner of a used Subaru. Fantastic customer experience! From the time I walked into the front door there was a friendly host who directed me to exactly where I needed to go.Dan in the service area was extremely helpful and I’d recommend that anyone going here should ask for him. He quickly got my car checked in and was detailed in letting me know what all my options were to fix my car. They were able to fix my car very quick.All in all they provided a great customer experience and I’d definitely go back again for any car maintenance!

I am shopping for a new car and called the dealership to schedule a test drive. I spoke to a new sales representative on the phone and I was asked to come in for 2pm for a test drive. That was at 1:45pm so I had 15 minutes to drive over to the dealseship. I arrived at 1pm and it took the same sales representative almost 20 minutes to find the keys to the car she set aside for me to test drive.

We just purchased a 2023 CR-V Sport. Ivan was very helpful and professional with no pressure tactics throughout the sales process. He informed us when a model of our colour and options became available.

Terrible borderline fraudulent service department.I went in for a diagnostic for air conditioning on my 2016 Honda Civic Touring as I was notified that there was an extended warranty on the condenser and the seals for the air conditioning systems on the vehicle.Upon diagnostic, all documentation provided ink indicated a part that was not covered by the extended warranty which would cost $1,600 to repair. The service advisor said that it was both the condenser which is covered under warranty and the evaporator. As one piece that also needed repair wasn’t covered under warranty, the diagnostic charge of $150 plus tax was administered and keys withheld until the amount was paid. It was the same diagnostic which identified both issues including the warranty covered portion.I then asked if they could repair the compressor and leave the system uncharged until I can get the evaporator completed. I was told this is illegal which is disappointing at best as it isn’t.Watch for up-charges here. I have had this type of issue at any other Honda dealership. What a shame.I gave two stars instead of only one because Joe from the shuttle was nice while. Driving me home as the scheduled appointment was over three hours for my diagnostic.It was also disappointing to hear that so many people have issues with the ai conditioning units in the civics.You would think that a place that cares both about business and customers would provide a diagnostic for free when it should have been part of the covered warranty. For this reason I will be completing the work somewhere else and will return to another Honda dealer for the fix as this is the second time I have had air conditioning issues with the condenser on this vehicle.
