Stopped in here to get a watch sized that was purchased from Charm..Store was extremely busy and the ladies behind the counter had their hands full.I almost considered leaving and waiting for another time to come back, butI was acknowledged when entering the store and browsed for a few minutes while they attended to their customers.Had a lovely lady come over to assist me and another lady the expert one" as they called her to fit my watch and check the sizing

Bought a ring, earrings and a necklace for my partner this past Christmas. Was advertised 14k white gold. Had them appraised today and come to find out that there was less than 50% gold, and the alloy was mostly silver. I honestly can’t believe how blantantly I was taken by this shady business. I’ll protect myself in the future, by doing significantly more research but you can best believe I’ll never be buying for Charm again. 2 stars because at least while I was being conned, the lady was friendly.

Got my fiancée's engagement ring here, as well as our wedding bands. The quality is great and so are the staff. The service here is superior to all others. The taller man who works here is great, and always extremely helpful and friendly.
