Horrible horrible horrible, I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star, went in to get an alignment and the guy drove like 4 mins and came back said I need a wheel bearing.. it’s just coincidence that a couple people posted about the exact same thing… I did go to another place and did my alignment and they had told me nothing is wrong with your wheel bearings… very unreliable and very unprofessional… any place is better then this

I had 2 alignments done in the past year by name brand shops - both never fixed my vehicle drifting to the left - Graeme and team took the time to make my van run straight as an arrow !! Thank you guys! - gary

Been using Stephenson Steering for a while now and everytime I have gone to them the service has been great! The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. The prices are very reasonable aswell!

Been using this company for several years in order to deal with any issues related to my vehicle's tire requirements . Starting back in the day when Scott was running the show. Had absolutely no issues. Since the shop has gone through several owners the price has gone up for a simple tire swap by at least 25%. No parts required for the swap. But they indicated this was due to rising costs.The New owner Graham is awesome. I had an issue which was not taken care of by the receptionist.However after after talking with Graham all issued were fully resolved.I will definitely recommend Stephenson's for all your steering needs !!

I have trusted my car and therefore my family to these techs multiple times and am always satisfied with their work. They are clear and concise in their communication and clearly explain all work that needs done. Even going so far as to take me into the shop to show any problems that have occurred. The new owner is an understanding person who works to ensure ive received the best service and takes pride in his work and his team. Ive even taken certified" used vehicles there before purchasing and had them find problems the dealership didn't tell me about."

Scammers. DO NOT GO HERE! They will try to charge you for parts that don't need to be replaced or repaired. Went in for a wheel alignment only 3 days after getting some parts newly installed at another shop (they don't do alignments which is why I needed to come here) and they tried to tell me that I had to replace those newly replaced parts not knowing that they were newly replaced. Others have left similar reviews. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Decided to visit here for a back end alignment. With little knowledge of vehicle repair myself I was in a panic when I was told the vehicle needed $3000 of work before alignment. Upon looking closer at work requested I noticed some items I had actually done in the past at a mechanic I knew a little better (Franks Auto Service in South Oshawa) so I decided to take it back to Frank's for a 2nd opinion. A few things needed done. The work I was quoted as needing done did not need done. For $400 vs. $3000 with the alignment completed I had my vehicle road worthy again. Stevenson Alignment attempted to RIP OFF a working person with little knowledge. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

Took my car here for a simple alignment, car has less then 100k and accident free. They called me back stating that I needed repairs totalling almost $1400 before they could do the alignment... but generously" offered to include the alignment if I got the repairs done.I tool my car
