ISO Spa - Floatation Therapy Ottawa

Hands down one of the best spots to visit in Ottawa for sure. Mika and John are amazing, tanks are top notch, service is outstanding. I am a member and for that I get some good pricing on my floats. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself with this experience

Very cool place. Very clean and well taken care of. You will float in a bath filled with the Epsom salt solution. The bath has a lead that you are supposed to close on yourselves, but you don’t have to. The water temperature is set to match body temperature, different for men and women. Some people relax and calm down. Others get stimulated and awaken. You may feel a little taller after the bath.

This wasn't my first float but was my first time at this location. The facilities are beautiful and clean. Customer service was great! The only thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower, but that's probably not up to them. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking to relax and unwind.

Went there today for the first time and it was a great experience. The place is nice and Clean. The customer service is top. Truly recommend this place for a good Zone out. ISO SPA. I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN! Soon!

I went to the ISO Spa earlier this evening and Dave offered a warm welcome as it was our first time. Going in with no expectations, I was pleasantly surprised by how therapeutic it was. The isolation tanks really make you feel like you’re floating in a world of nothing - clear thoughts, silence, and peaceful.If you’re looking to escape reality for an hour and feel at peace, this is the place to go. I’m usually around loud kids and in stressful environments. Parents should definitely go here for a date night. I can’t compliment the service, staff, or experience enough.I will definitely be going again.

I did my first ever float at ISO Spa. It was a great experience, the relaxed feel and smile I had lasted for a number of days! I have been back since and recommend this experience to others.The staff at ISO Spa are friendly, kind and the give lots of helpful information to help calm any first time nerves.

I love ISO spa! You get to fall asleep floating in your own warm salt water pool. It's a great, relaxing experience!! Highly recommend!!

I had a fantastic experience here. I am typically an anxious person and this calmed me down completely! I am also someone with very sensitive/allergy prone skin and found the salt water therapeutic. My body and brain felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. Shout out to Jason for explaining everything to me and creating an awesome atmosphere.

Had an incredible first time experience at ISO Spa. Was greeted very kindly and calmly in a beautiful and clean environment. I left feeling more relaxed than ever in my life, will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
