The service here is absolutely awful!

1 étoile car je ne peut pas mettre moins. Qualité très médiocre mon chum m'a offert un bracelet coûtant une certaine somme moins de 2 semaine après le bracelet s'est dessouder sans l'avoir accroché je l'ai retrouvé au sol. La dame de l'accueil s'est permis de remettre ma parole en doute, réparation a nos frais le devis 75 Dollars pour une soudure ridicule c'est vraiment pas sérieux leur garantie ne fonctionne pas je trouve ça honteux service à la clientèle très médiocre je n'y remettrait pas un pied!!! Très déçu.

AVOID. I received this bracelet as a gift after wearing my bracelet a few times while I go to a dinner or an event the leather started to separate within 3 months, it has been less than one year and now I’m in Quebec and I bring it back to the store and they won’t process refund or give me new one and take ownership of their low quality merchandise, the manager keep mentioning it has been one year although the receipt shows clearly it has not been one year, the bracelet is brand new and I travel and wasn’t in quebec to bring it earlier, I only come to Quebec for the holidays, all of that aside it’s few weeks left until one year on the receipt, extremely unprofessional service, rude employees, making fun of me as if I’m doing something I shouldn’t be, i will be going to corporate about this because these staff members should not work in retail. AVOID

Première fois que je fais ce genre de commentaire, mais ouff je vien de faire réparer mon jonc. Le chat et pose du diamant. Un mois plus tard le chat et le diamant tombe et il me le garantis pas. Bon vendeur, mais pour le reste on va repassé.

le gérant de cet endroit est la pire personne, et les employés sont absolument négligents, il suffit de regarder les autres avis, ce magasin ne devrait pas exister

Avoid at all cost!!!Service is outrageous. We bought an engagement ring from them, ring has a defect. When we told them they said if was either our fault, couldn’t see it, the ring was made like that (one of the diamond is held on by a thread, we paid for fixing and are bringing it to get fixed again right away). Sales person are petty, if one of my employees acted the way we were threaded she would be fired.Like I said, avoid at all cost, you will find better quality design elsewhere, and better service anywhere.We have never experienced such poor quality on all fronts.
