This was a much better experience than I anticipated - I was helped by Brenden, who was very professional and genuinely wanted to help find what best suited my needs. Not like a typical car salesman who just wants to make a sale, which was appreciated!

**Every person you interact with will ask you to fill out a survey and mention that giving anything but a 5 star review is essentially giving them a ZERO. This tactic is why they have above average ratings on review sites.** Sales department is very nice and courteous. They put a lot of effort in the sale of a vehicle. The trade-in offer I got was well above the average I got elsewhere. Sadly, issues arise everywhere else. The financing department sold me a warranty and flat out lied about what it included. Hyundai offers 30 days after the purchase to have it reimbursed, but the Finance person was AWOL during that whole time. I even presented myself once asking to speak with them, was told they were out of the office, went home and called in so as to set an appointment with them and was told they had been in the office all day. Very shady. After a month, I decided to eat the loss, approx $1600, not a huge amount. The service department likes to bait and switch. Was offered a VIP deal through email including tire change, oil change, alignment, etc. Called-in to setup appointment at the earliest possible date, mentioned the offer, was assured they would set it all up. When I presented myself for the service appointment, was told the offer had expired and could not be honored. Explained that it was impossible to take advantage of the offer since they were booked solid, counter offer was a free rinse down of the vehicle when they were done. Cost me $200 more then it should have. After waiting 2.5 hours, was told that everyone had gone to lunch so if I wanted that rinse down, would have to wait an extra hour. Suffice it to say I didn't wait and have not been back since. My advice, purchase from them if it's convenient, and negotiate hard. When you make it to the financing department, refuse every insurance/warranty, no matter how nice it sounds. Don't leave your tires there even if they say they'll hold on to them for free, it's a trap. Avoid the service department like the plague and you should be satisfied.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a tire change and was charged $250 for the full service, even though I did NOT request it. My appointment was at 7am and when I arrived at 4:30pm, my car was still not ready, so I had to ask my partner to wait for my car instead, otherwise I would have clearly communicated that I should not be charged for the full service. After coming back to their website, it's clear that they pre-select this service and make it difficult to remove it before scheduling the appointment. So even if it is not the service you added, it is still on your appointment. This is extremely misleading. There was no confirmation email or text that outlined the added services, otherwise I would have been able to see that it had been added without my request and cancel.

The service department don’t do their job honestly. I have taken my vehicle for oil change that came with certain inspection and after the inspection i have check myself the cabin and engine filter and they were not clean and needed to be replaced but they just checked okay on the sheet and I am not sure if they have even inspected them. I try to reach the service manager and he replied once that it’s not included in the package but it was included i can 100% assure and after I mentioned that they were included in the package and then he went ghost and never replied back. I wouldn’t recommend this hyundai location and I would suggest visit other locations if you love your vehicle. Thanks

⚠️⚠️Very very very very bad sales and service!!!Called a day in advance to schedule a test drive of a $21k used car (inflated price due to Covid related car dealer greed pricing") and drove 1.5 hours from Montréal. Arrived at Reindeau Hyundai and was told car had just been taken to auction and is no longer available. I will never do business with this poorly run dealership

I am amazed the team went above and beyond, thank you Yannick and Audrey. They Helped us find the perfect car for our family, not to mention they were very nice and knowledgeable. They even showed us what every little button of the car was for.

Great dealership with excellent service, and also who appreciate the history of Hyundai and their vehicles. Lots of parking and inventory in this very busy and convenient area.
