I have been to a countless number of karaoke bars throughout my life and this one is BY FAR the WORST one i have ever been to. The staff are extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. The sound system is bad and the mics are unhygienic. Their last complete song update was 2009. I will never go back to this place and will also make sure no one I know wastes their money or time here!

The man at the front did not inform us of the price correctly, even though we were a small group he charged us as if we were a large one because he put us in a larger room, even though the place was empty. No modern songs either

Private room karaoke. Newer touch screen machines with a digital approach to song selection. Sometimes difficult to find what you are looking for, either from data quality or search issues. Private rooms are comfortable. Can get food. Quite pricey.

This place is great! I gpt the large party room for my friends and I to surprise my gf for her birthday and it was a blast! Great sound equipment, great TV and set up. The only thing that wasn't super great was our singing voices haaahaa

Horrible service. When asking for help with some issues with the mic, the owner doesn't even acknowledge that the customer is there. He looked angry and had an overall horrible attitude when we asked him to fix the equipment.

This particular Karaoke is the worst Karaoke that I have ever been to. The people who work there were fully irresponsible, also they shirked their responsibility to the costumers when they made mistakes. That was the first impression for me. NOT WORTH IT!

Dirty clumsy rooms. Most of them are only Chinese songs. The machine was stuck and wasn't working for a while so we had to pause in between. Staff is okay. Very expensive for a bad experience.

pretty limited song selection(at least in English and Japanese), but if you can find some songs you like, it's always a good time.
