Lori was my angel on the worst day of my life. She took care of my girl Autumn and helped me make the important decisions on her final resting and not only that, but she was there to pick her up in just 1 hour. This made me feel way more comfortable than waiting for her to be picked up in 2 weeks. I strongly recommend this service to anyone.

I so regret going with Forever friends Pet Memorials and Cremation. There service was so un professional and disgusting, and there response to letting them know I was not happy with there service was so inappropriate and beyond belief on the day I picked up my precious little dog's ashes. No compassion shown. Treated as in inconvience and then as a rebutal had the absolute nerve in defense of themselves to call me a High Needs Client !!!! Really? Why? Because I was to pick up her ashes at there home at the agreed upon time of 11 am having no one answer anydoor I went too? Then I have to go through calling both sets of numbers more than once as I wait in the yard and when they finally do call me back after waiting 20 minutes, have the nerve to be annoyed with me. No repect for why I was there (to pick up my babies ashes) or my time. I purposely told her that I did not drive, so not only was she happy to waste my time and make me wait, but my friend that was good enough to take me up to get her ashes !!! I should have known better when on the day I was forced to put her to sleep it took forever for them to get back to me and when they did, again no compassion shown and treated as an inconvience. Like they told me they don't do this full time. They shouldn't be doing it all as the have no compssion or respect for people having just lost there beloved family member. Not to mention the presentation and packaging of the ashes was subpar at best and totally not worth the money. I am left feeling disrespected, angry not only at the treatment I received, but at myself for not going with Cherished Pets like my intuition was telling me too. There website is a total misreputation of what you will actually experience. If you want to be at peace and have a dignified cremation experience for your beloved pet, do not choose them. (March 28th, 2023) I gave them one star only because I had to because they did burn my dog. Tha's about all they did and even threw that in my face if you can imagine. Oh and btw, as I was waiting those 20 minutes outside, she was inside all along and still had the nerve to be annoyed with me. So Heartbroken from this whole experience.

We contacted Friends Forever Pet Funeral Home & Crematorium due to a friend's recommendation. Although they were kind & professional initially, we had a couple of issues with their service. The issues added immensely to the emotional time. I realize we can not control everything, but, perhaps this situation could have been handled better. They were late picking up our dog after having to euthanize her. When my husband phoned them, they explained their vehicle had broken down & were on their way. When my husband told them we would rather drive her ourselves, as we didn't want to wait longer due to grieving, he was told they were on their way. So we felt we had to wait longer. When the gentleman arrived alone, we helped him carry our large dog in the back of his car with our blanket as he didn't have one. It was all I could do to keep my emotions together. When my husband picked up my dog's ashes, the lady forgot to put her paw print in the bag so my husband had to drive out there again to pick it up. I hope they have learned to be better prepared since this situation as it happened a year ago. I'm not one to complain & I know it has been a long time, but I want people to make sure you have it clearly organized so this already emotional time isn't even more hard for you. I wish all pet cremation services were as kind, respectful and knowledgeable about how people feel about their family members in their time of grief as Lori. The care, compassion she brings forth for the love of animals is amazing.
