The lady is friendly and nice. The only issue is that, they don't have malted barley grain for beer, but must of brewing accessories are available in store.

Finally we have Ubrew in Alberta like BC and Ontario. I’ve been using wine kits for 25 years but last year we tried the Ubrew and were amazed at how quick and easy my 78 yr old husband and I filtered, bottled, corked and shrink wrapped 60 bottles in Vint Haus’s new wine room. 50 minutes!Last week Joanna, the owner phoned to say she would bottle for us because of virus precautions. No extra charge! Just had to bring in my sterilized bottles which she would sterilize again before using.Most businesses sell the same kits but I choose Vint Haus because of the service and helpful advice on wine making.With pristine facilities in the new location we might never brew wine in our laundry room again!Thank you dear lady.

The whole family was super helpful, polite and accommodating. My business partner and I wanted to host our first ever client appreciation party there. They were on top of every step and were very helpful in showing our clients / guests how to do the interactive part of bottling our creations. Would recommend 10/10 for any date night, small party or even for stocking your shelves at home. Lovely family and great customer service.

Making own wine is simpler than we were expected also wines have been uBrewing at this place are always flavorful. We are amazed that people said that they don't get any more headache from their wine.Now Almost all my coworkers love making and enjoying wines they made.

Outstanding customer service! The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a successful brew and a great experience. We did the uBrew to make lager, and it has a crisp and refreshing flavor.  I especially loved the process of bottling the beer; I went with my family (all of age) and we each took turns with the bottling and capping, making it a fun and (socially distant) activity that we could do together. We didn't do the personalized labels, but when we go again I will definitely choose to have some labels designed so that we can give some bottles as gifts.

Overall bad customer service. Originally was told on the phone that I would be adding ingredients to my brew, yet once there and paid for. It was a choice of 5 bags of flavored syrup. Interrupted us numerous times, now I have 23L of bad cider that explodes every time one is opened.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a good selection of wine, cider and beer kits. The kits are at several price ranges.They have an in store brewing service which is very convenient and reasonably priced.The store sells a lot of equipment to help yor winemaking be high quality and efficient.

Great place for wine and beer making supplies, really nice staff that can order what you need if they don't have on hand. Nice and bright, clean modern atmosphere. That wine room is cool! Thanks for the help
