Mr. Kayler did a wonderful job on our area rug. We were going to replace it but it is Christmas time so money is a little tight. Decided to give this a try. Wonderful job, he cleaned the top and also the bottom. Looks and smells like a new area rug. Thank you Mr Kayler!

Although he did a good job, he was 15 mins late & when specifically told him to call me 15-20 mins b4 being done, (incase I was far away as to give me sometime) he phoned me after he was done & was impatient that I arrived a little late. That was not my fault. But all considering he did a good job with the carpet in the Apartment.
