Kelly's Professional Family Hair Care
Asked for a very basic cut and the hairdresser was clueless. I ended up getting a different cut than what I asked for. Prices are too high for the level of service being provided. I did not feel confident in her skills from the start even though she likely had decades of experience based on her age. Won't be back again.

Asked for a specific style she had on the wall, received a completely different one. She started with freehand no guard clippers and did a rush job despite there not being any other customers.One side is buzzed over an inch higher than the other as a result of sloppy work, with no way to cover/correct it beyond just buzzing the rest off.

I have always had a wonderful experience from Kelly's they are wonderful stylists and take pride in their hard work. I would recommend them to anyone I know they are also very amazing with children. 10/10 in my opinion

Would wholeheartedly give negative stars if I could. I received a terrrrible haircut yesterday, went back twice today to “attempt” to fix it, was able to blend one side but the other is atrocious (not to be dramatic but it’s BAD!) when the girls realized there’s nothing they could to to fix it, without cutting it shorter (near my ears) to attempt to blend and even out the choppy mess. They advised me that their best advice was just to wear it up or in braids till winter… like are you f*ing kidding me…. I’m heartbroken, I highly regret ever going in. I was refunded my $30 the third time I went in but that doesn’t help since now I’m stuck with this. 10/10 do not recommend!

Appointments are normally required but they took me on a walk in basis while we visited the waterfront on vacation. Staff was friendly and I enjoyed the bantor with my barber who was from Columbia. Hair cut was excellent and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Everyone I've seen at Kelly's are fantastic and very friendly. They allow walk ins. During the pandemic, I'd give them a call first as there isn't many seats in the waiting area.

Honestly, the ladies running this hair salon are just 12/10. They're all so polite respectful, and fun to talk to. They fixed up my haircut that was botched at another establishment, making sure to double check every step of the way that I am happy with the look. I don't think I will be going anywhere else for a hair cut. I highly recommend Kelly's.
