This was by far the best customer service I have experienced in awhile! At first I contacted Nick via telephone explained my tv issue. He stated he was busy but suggested a few things I could try myself. Right then I realized this man was not out for a quick buck! Those suggestions did not work, replied via text stating I tried and no success. He replied quickly and stated he would come to my house to trouble shoot, he came within the week and picked up the tv and then replied with what he thought the issue was, he suggested we try something and it worked. He remained in contact with me throughout the entire process as we had to order a part. He returned the tv to my house and he solved the problem all within a reasonable rate! Loved this guy! 150% recommend!
