AA Munro Insurance

I just moved over from Australia and Chris Dunlap made me feel right at home. He sorted out my insurance with a smile. Great service.

I deal with Meghan Hayne at the Antigonish location and she is fantastic! So professional; so knowledgeable; so dependable; and so kind. Because of her commitment to excellence, she works extra hard to get to know the person behind the policy so that she knows exactly what will work best for them. She was able to find us pricing on auto insurance that works for us now and down the road as our number of drivers increases - not to mention encouraging me to check out the driving discount program, which is now saving me 16%! She's a gem and just one of the reasons I choose AA Munro.

Poor customer service. No one answers their phone & they do not return calls when you leave a message.

Great good guys n friendly

Chris Dunlop at the Antigonish office has always gone above and beyond to make sure my insurance needs were met. Had only 1 negative experience with AA Munro and that was when I tried to get insurance on a new truck we purchased and at the time AA Munro refused to give me insurance because there was a hurricane on it's way. This would have left us without insurance on a $70 000 truck during a hurricane. We ended up insuring it through another provider (and still is to this day). This was not Chris' fault as AA Munro as a company refued to insure anyone during the hurricane. That wasn't cool as I've been a loyal customer of theirs since the early 90's.

Great efficient service with good insurance rates

No matter what my question is, the staff at AA Munro in Antigonish are always there for me. Would recommend this insurance company to everyone. Take the time to give them a call.

About all these folks or any insurance place does is take your money... There's absolutely no incentive for them to work for you to find the best rate and they most certainly don't treat anyone as a customer/consumer... seems like their attitude and all insurance company's attitudes is they're doing you a favor by taking hundreds and hundreds of your dollars annually for no other reason but giving you an insurance card so a cop cannot fine you. ... Almost have to hound them to get a policy and never a word from them to try an retain your business or to try and find you a better rate. AA Munro isn't what it used to be and I'd jump ship the first chance I find so much as a one dollar cheaper policy elsewhere.

Disgusting service. Avoid Tanya Young. She is the worst, most unprofessional, sack of garbage that works there.
