London Dry Clean

Ridiculous. I needed to take in a shirt for a particular day and i expressed this repeatedly, and he assured me it would not be a problem. (If he said he could not do it, i would have just kept my shirt and had it when i needed it.) but he said no problem. So i went to get my shirt and he just says tomorrow morning

Very nice family business. Prices for tailoring and drying cleaning are competitive and location has convenient parking. Service is good. Location is a bit hidden, at the back of the building. Will definitely be back.

Best alteration/hemming services in London! I have been here twice now and both times I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the service. Management is so kind and flexible -- couldn't recommend this place enough!

Brought in 6 pairs of dress pants to get shortened and all are ruined….brought in a second time to get repaired…..and was just told that $8.00 was best price in London…..used hot iron on hems and now all shiny….also, hem on one leg shorter than other on all pants….very very disappointed ….I guess you get what you pay for…..never never going there again.

Had a zipper replaced. Very well done. Very happy.

Shady business...went to pick up three pairs of pants for my husband. He gave me two pairs and said my husband must have picked up the third pair. Which he didn't as he wasn't even in town to do so all week. He insisted until I pointed out he wouldn't have had the ticket. Suddenly he found them. Then tried to say my husband had picked them up and brought them back within the same week. He hasn't even tried them on yet to see what sort of job was done with the hem/alterations. But I won't go back with this shady business. The couple in front of me swore he had wrecked their shoes and he basically told them they were trying to scam him. Hmmm...

Only used this place twice for my everyday dress shirts, and I’m done with its service after my two visits. First time the collar and cuff on most of the shirts were not cleaned and the owner re-cleaned them, they turned out alright. Second time, cuff was not cleaned and the owner said it was a “perfect job”. I politely asked him to clean it again, because it was not “cleaned” to a professional standard, he said to me that it was just a few bucks’ business, and that’s what you get when you pay a few bucks. He then said if I was not happy, don’t come back. I think he made a good point.

I've used their services several times over the 5 years that I've lived in the neighbourhood. I took clothes for dry cleaning and also took clothes to be hemmed. Never a problem. Things were always on time and properly done. I'd recommend their services any time.
