I just came in for a payday loan and was met by tge Assistant manager Gagan Sharma who was very respectful and help full with the understanding of the like line of credit which offers a lower payment plan and is very easy

Sam was really professional and helpful. The assistant manager personally introduced himself and offered any help I may need in the future. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Mehul and Amy were such big help ! As a new customer they were very patient explaining the basics to me. Very helpful and line of credit was super easy to use. Low interest rates & very accommodating.

The ladies at Cash Money aren’t just extremely helpful, but extremely compassionate with their customers. Amy the manger was an amazing help when I had an issue with a cheque from my employer. She not only waived the fees caused by the issue on my employers part, but they eliminated all of the stress caused by the situation that they could.I highly recommend this location if you ever need a cash store for any number of reasons. They go above and beyond, plus every employee at this location has such a great attitude. All in all a great experience :)

Went in for a payday loan.The worker behind the counter (Mehul) explained to me that a line of credit would be better and I have more options with this type of loan!He was very helpful and explained everything .Fantastic customer service!

Cash Money Brantford is my new favourite establishment and a Godsend!!!!! I fell a little behind on my bills and also stressing out because I also need to move to a new place within a few months. I had been doing payday loans the last few weeks to try to keep up. Sam the wonderful teller there remembered who I was from the previous week. After showing her my online banking history showing that my last repayment had cleared she was honest enough to ask why I don't get a line of credit instead because it is much cheaper. I explained that I did not think I would get approved for one because I don't have a great credit score. She cheered me on saying it doesn't hurt to try so I tried. I gave the necessary information and was shocked to find out that I was instantly approved for $3500.00. I accepted the money and even the Manager Gagan came out to greet me and give me his own personal card in case I had any issues. In one fell swoop this place just solved all of my woes! Thank you Cash Money. You are amazing!!!!!!!

Great staff. Fast and efficient service. As a new customer, the manager made sure to introduce themselves as well. Glad I choose them for my needs.
