I have used this automated key service 4 times . No issues whatsoever with the keys themselves. PLease Get NHL Keys as a choice.Minor problem was that swiped the card the wrong direction and the swipe would not work no matter how many times I re-swiped correctly. I decided to choose Back" from the menue then re-try and asll worked."

paid for two one for free. Not one of those keys worked. waste of money effort and time i'll never get back.

The keys were not exactly accurate. Have a hard time putting in the lock. After that it is hard to rotate. I think the size of the key is not accurate. Very Disappointed as the price is so high and quality is so poor.

They keys were pretty close, very little sticking. Not that I would blame the new key , it is a old lock 3 & 1/2 stars but let's round up to be fair.

All three keys that I purchased did not work in my door. It was disappointing. I was excited for this product, and I liked the key designs that were offered.Edit: Still have not received my refund for the 3 keys I purchased that did not work

Pretty surprised this exists in an automated fashion now. Tried it out and it made perfect keys. Some more designs would be cool though.
