Did a Reno of my bathroom, Everything was completed on time like he said and he was very polite and professional.

We had been trying to get our basement finished for some time late last year, but due to the size and cost (just 3 rooms ranging from unfinished to mostly finished) none of the contractors wanted to do the work. Most just refused because it wasn't a big enough job and others said they would do an assessment and never called back. We reached out to Joe after seeing his truck and he was more than happy to take the job. It turns out that random call was the best thing we could have done for our home.Right from the start Joe was extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He walked through our space and listened as we explained what we wanted and how our vision of the space would unfold. He added in his professional insights that were all spot on, and worked with us to get a plan going for exactly what we could end up building in the space we had.After that he provided a very detailed breakdown of all the work that would be done, in what order, as well as a cost breakdown for everything along the way. The cost by the way was excellent, very competitive pricing for what we had done.The work schedule was given to us before the start and all of the timetables were met through the entire renovation. At one point we literally had a flood (which was our fault and nothing to do with Joe and his team) but Joe had this taken care of same day without even missing a day of the schedule. I was extremely grateful and impressed by this to say the least!The quality of the work was impeccable. Everything was done fast and done right, all the little details were there and the rooms just feel so sleek and modern now.I really wish that I could put something here not praise just to keep the review balanced and not seem like I'm just hyping this business up but honestly, Joe didn't miss a beat;Easy to deal with (my dog just adores Joe!).Price was excellent.Work was done swiftly and very professionally.Quality of the work was impeccable.I would give this company a 6 star review if possible. If you need a contractor to come into your home and do some work then this is exactly the one you want. We tried going through the ones listed here with lots of positive reviews and none of them would even give us the time of day. Joe was willing to do our work and do it right at a great price. What more could you ask for?Excellent business that's for sure worth calling if you need contracting!

We had our Basement finished and added a bathroom and had our upstairs bathroom redone by JNC Inc. and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, they were professional and the jobs were done right on schedule. Joe was helpful in helping us decide tiles and flooring and layout for the basement. Also, Joe will treat your animal with respect. We have a husky and he is always careful when working to make sure she wont run out of the house when the doors are open. Would highly recommend Joe and his company to anyone looking to renovate.

We had our foyer completed by Joe. He painted and updated the walls with a lovely board and batten. From the beginning Joe was extremely professional and helpful! Our foyer went from boring to wow". We cant thank Joe enough! I would highly recommended for any of your contracting needs. We will definitely be using Joe for future jobs at our home!"

Joe Newcombe from start to finished gutted, cleaned out, and remodeled my entire upstairs bathroom from an old out dated horror show to something that is now a key feature in my house!
