Working with Bill was outstanding. We wanted a few custom shelves built but weren't quite sure how it would work, so Bill worked hard at creating exactly what we wanted. Installation was very simple and quick, all while keeping our house tidy. Our custom shelves are perfect! We will definitely work with Simply Stowed Custom Closets in the future.

Bill was absolutely wonderful to work with! My spouse and I purchased a home in April of 2021; we noticed we had a lot of space, but not enough shelving for storage.After contacting Simply Stowed, Bill was out within a day or two (working around our schedules). He gave excellent recommendations for our storage issues. He really seemed to understand where we were lacking, and even though we had NO IDEA what to ask for, he asked questions to figure out what he thought would be a good fit.We were sent renderings the very next day, and they were exactly what we had been hoping for, plus some. The pricing was very competitive, and we placed our order. We ended up with brand new shelving in our laundry room, replacement shelves in our kitchen pantry, and replacement shelves in our master bedroom.There were a few delays with shipping (completely out of Simply Stowed's control) but Bill communicated with us to make sure we were informed of what was happening behind the scenes.Once all was delivered, they worked around our schedule to remove any current shelving, and worked around our schedule to patch and paint before installing the new shelves.On the install date they showed up on time (I think they actually arrived 10 minutes early to start unloading). They were extremely respectful while in our home, making sure to follow our mask preference, and keeping us updated on their progress through the install.We are very happy with the look of the shelving! Everything turned out exactly as indicated (even better, I'd say) and we're so glad we went with Simply Stowed!

We had Bill install custom closets for us 5 years ago, and last month asked him to design a usable pantry system for our space under the stairs. From start to finish the project was under 4 weeks and was a very reasonable cost.When they came to install they also cleaned up with ear own vacuum and left the space spotless. The attention to the customer is very much appreciated.

I am so excited to use my new custom made closet. I had the pleasure with dealing with Bill and he worked with me in making sure I had exactly what I wanted. I had a couple other companies come out to offer quotes, but they were not willing to match the price nor offered good customer service. Bill really went out of his way to accommodate my budget. The service was exceptional and he kept me in the loop during the entire process. This is definitely the best place in town for custom closets!!

Great people, reasonable prices, quick turnaround, and high quality products. We had every closet in our house done by Simply Stowed 2 years ago and haven’t had one issue.
