Sandalwood Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre Brampton

I have been taking services from this center and can say for sure like I am satisfied with information shared related to my insurance acceptance, physiotherapy given by doctor and staff is really very good experience, specially when you are new in canada and need to trust someone to start the treatment without knowing much. For me its like my first test for physiotherapy clicked and kind off got connected with an experienced doctor (Dr Mamta Sharma) and staff here. Its worth here.

Worst experience ever. I had my first physiotherapy appointment at 2:45pm. They took me in at 3:20pm which was fine to me because i know sometimes the appointments get delayed. But doctor was totally unprofessional. She was treating 5 patients at one time. While doing my treatment, she left to treat another patient for about 100 time. I was in so much pain but she was just leaving me in the middle of treatments, Atleast she should finish one part. I was done in 1.5 hour but my treatment was only for 30 mins. She should concentrate on one patient at one time, but i think she believes in quantity over quality and thats y i didnt feel anything after my treatment. My money and time was wasted.

Staff here is very friendly and ensure your experience is as pleasant as possible. I was impressed by Dr. Krupa in particular she is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable in her work. (first time doing acupuncture and it was a breeze). Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful experience today! Entire staff was so kind and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Aries was exceptional....knowledgeable, compassionate and kind with magical hands!

This Physio location is very professional and all staff is very welcoming and helpful. Silvia Joseph has demonstrated great knowledge and patience during my recovery. Definitely recommend this location to family and friends. Very satisfied!

I'm visiting Sandalwood Physio regularly and staff there is amazing. Plus, my Physio Silvia Joseph is amazing & provide me great advice. And puja she is also so amazing and providing more care while giving the treatment. It helping me to get out of pain. Thank you so much and appreciated your your help.

Visiting family from BC. Very impressed with the kindness and communication at this clinic. Explained everything clearly to me, and significantly helped my badly bruised knee. The team works extremely well together - one was off sick, and everyone pitched in and helped each other and the patients. R owner was even answering phones. Highly recommend!

I had injury last winter. I was not able to move my right hand towards back. Dr Silvia Joseph treated me very well and I was able to move my right hand without pain in 2 months of time. Pooja gave me the instructions to do home exercises.

I was a bit nervous for my first physiotherapy appointment, but Dr. Mahajan was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. I’m having issues with my hip, and she listened to my symptom descriptions carefully with an open mind, ultimately devising a plan to get my hip strength back on track. This included my eating habits and daily exercise. I’ve been attending appointments for a while now, and I’ve no doubt noticed some improvements in my leg strength. After each session, I instantly feel lighter and refreshed, and she assigns me additional exercises to do at home in preparation for our next one. I still have quite a ways to go, but thanks to her expertise, I’m very optimistic about the future for my hip.

Had a terrible and un-professional experience with Sandalwood Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre Brampton right from the start. There was no one to answer at the reception and made me wait (had turned early before my appointment time Feb 2023). This delayed my start of therapy. I was shocked when the therapist stopped the session half way and reported I need to leave. I had booked in 30 minutes session; however, was made to leave in 15 minutes. Finally, when asked at the reception the reason the therapy time was cut down - I was informed that I took more time for registration. I cannot understand business owners offering such un-professional service and charging customers. Please avoid this place OR get Charged $$$ for half the time you've booked for the sessions. I will NOT recommend this place to any of my family OR friends.
