The Alair team was awesome to work with. Roger was our project manager for our house build. He is honest, upfront, timely but most importantly realistic. He was able to build out dream house on budget right through the pandemic when lumber prices were going through the roof. I would highly recommend him and all of the Alair team.

Alair Homes was excellent to deal with from the time I approached them, right through the completion of my build. I felt like they cared about me and listened to what I wanted throughout the project. The Alair team assigned to me was the perfect fit and my project manager was always respectful and responsive when I had concerns or questions. His guidance and knowledge helped me make great decisions that I am really happy about now that I am in my home. He went above and beyond to make sure I could move into my home when I needed to.I am very happy with the quality and workmanship that went into every aspect of the build. The client portal was fantastic and allowed me to keep informed of and approve costs so there were no big surprises in the budget. The entire experience was very positive, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Alair for anyone wanting to have a custom home built.
