Pumps are cleaner then other gas stations and the store is also quite big. There is this tall guy who was there in night shift, He was so awesome and super friendly and helped me a lot as I am disabled , he difinitely deserve a raise. Overall excellent experience.

Gas is always more expensive, product inside store is way above normal pricing.

Worst experience I have ever had at a gas station yesterday morning. Girl at the counter seemed competent, but carless. When asked a simple question regarding payment she began insulting customers by loudly calling them stupid and asking them if they lived in this world.

These pumps are slow fing slow filling up a 170l truck takes 15min if not longer

What can I say, it's a gas station and the gas works once I fill up my car. Hope this info helps

Been in this location multiple times now. They have 0 customer service skills. They don't say a thing to you, and they are always on the phone with friends or relatives. They are just like the government, take your money without saying a word. On the plus side, they don't try to up sell you stuff

Absolute horrible service, completely lacked training, unsafe!The pump was not calibrated properly and didn't stop when my tank was full. I advised the attendant (she was on the phone), told me that everything works and that I didn't know how to use the pump. She did not apologizes nor come out to take a look and place absorbent to cover the gasoline on the ground.I also called Petro-Canada to file a compliant and never received a reply.Note that I had to select at least one star, otherwise I would not give a start at all.

This incident happened today (2023-04-24) at 7:16 AM.I never had a CRS complaint to a customer about using the restroom for 5 mins. She came knocking on the door within 4 mins of me using the restroom and commented that I'm taking forever when I was barely there for 5 mins. When I step out to confront her she made remarks about how this is not my bedroom bathroom".I had to show her the receipt to explain to her that I haven't been in the gas station for more than 7 minutes. If she had noticed me walk in instead of watching Netflix on her phone I feel that she would have had a better sense of the time.She did not have her name badge on and after repeatedly asking for her name she pulled out a name badge from the till and said “Complaint to whomever you want” She even offered to give me a direct line for customer service.When I confronted her about why she said 3 people were waiting in line when I was in the washroom but I didn't hear anyone knock nor was there anyone when I stepped out of the washroom.I don't know why Petro Canada wants me to explain myself for exercising my basic human right.BTW the name tag read Humera

Good service, only have had one visit where I could not fill up on gas due to maintenance. There is no car wash here so you will have to find another spot to use your seasonal petro wash card. The Tim Horton's and Wendy's is also in the same plaza along with many other shops/food centers.
