Our dishwasher stopped working. The reason wasn't obvious. Called Robert and he was able to come by in a couple days to check it out. He was right on time and called to let us know he was on his way. He quickly figured out we needed a new pump. He ordered one on the spot after giving us a quote and getting our OK. The pump came in a few days and Robert was able to fit us in a couple days after that. Once again he was right on time and had the pump installed in minutes. We were impressed with his promptness and great attitude. We were also impressed that we didn't have to pay for the pump until it was installed and we knew that it was indeed the problem. We're happy to now have a go-to appliance repair guy for when we're at a loss on how to fix something ourselves.

Very fast and efficient service. Saved us $700 by doing a $100 fix in 30 minutes. Punctual and polite, week is for fixes in the future and would recommend to anyone seeking repair work.

Very good. Was polite, and obviously new what he was doing. I have two Sub-Zeroes. Some repair shops won't work on them because of their complexity. Budget had no problem, and, in fact, said he preferred working on them. He did a good job.

Robert came on schedule, with all the right tools. He worked efficiently, explaining what he was doing and left us with tips on how to maintain good function for our older Subzero refrigerator-freezer. Besides working efficiently, we can't say enough about what a nice guy he is. Plus, he charged a fair price.

I called about a washing machine repair on boat, just a few days before we planned to depart on a long trip. Our machine was throwing us an error code that we couldn’t decipher and we didn’t know where to start. Budget Appliance told me they wouldn’t be able to get parts for our rather obscure washing machine brand on short notice, and that he could save us the cost of coming out to the boat by doing a diagnosis over the phone. After hearing us describe the problem and the error code, he took the time to research the likely cause and send us links to the schematic and the part numbers. He could easily have come out for a service call and charged us for his time. Such an honest business is a rare find these days. I can’t recommend Budget Appliance highly enough.

Robert and Beth were friendly and able to fix my oven and fridge in about an hour.
