Only one staff employee working and the staff member could use some help and coaching. She had one customer when I first arrived then took a while that a line up showed up. No chairs while waiting. Poor environment with the store looking pretty grim and not a real Rodgers store but a 3rd party building. Just poor all over and had to wait for over 45mins for literally a screen cover

We went with our friends who are international students to inquire on phone plans or promotions. The customer service was horrible. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were not welcome and were a bother even when there was no one in the entire store except us. Before even giving us details on different plans, the older male associate asked for our friend’s documents, as if he wasn’t going to help us out without assurance that we were going to go ahead with a plan. The younger associate was just on his phone and didn’t even bother to look at us. Rogers should do better at hiring people.

Erin is a very good tech . She is a very patient, kind, knowledgeable person. She is a keeper.

Got ripped off by this company for the second time now. The first time was about 10 years ago and was only for about $20. I did call and request my $20 credit paid to me but when i did, they would hang up on me. I tried calling back a couple times and the same thing happened.......CLICK!Last month I got a better deal with another service provider so I decided to cancel my service with Rogers. Yesterday I noticed that they charged my credit card over $200 for phones that i paid for in equal payments over 2 years. I proceeded to call Rogers to rectify the issue. They are now trying to tell me that my phones were leased! I did not lease my phones. I purchased them outright for the full amount of the cost of the phones. This is an absolute scam.I will never do business with Rogers again.
