We have been dealing with PJ Waterpro for the last month or so. We bought a new pool. Placed cement pads around it and after the first load of water realized we had caused a hole. Attempted repairs unsuccessfully twice and the third one looks like it worked.Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. They even went to the point of keeping us in mind for a partial load of water at a reduced cost which was much appreciated!!!!I would and WILL recommend this company for service, value and customer care to anyone in the area!!!SincerelyJeff BodnerCharlie Lake

I ran out of water Saturday night and and on Monday called them 1st thing. They had water to me within 20 minutes. The driver was bright and happy and courteous. The woman on the phone was amazing! They promised water asap and it arrived asap!!! Thank you Water Pro!

Definitely 5 stars for P&J WaterPro. Had been waiting for water from another company for days and was getting excuses why water wasn't delivered. Called P&J and had water in 15mins and for less money!! Will definitely be using them now and future. Thank you P&J!!!

I recently inquired about having P&J WaterPro come to Charlie lake and fill up my hot tub. The reception by phone was great. The lady on the other end was helpful, kind, and professional. I called at 2:30 pm and was told to expect the water truck to arrive that evening. The water truck arrived in less than an hour after calling. The driver was professional and courteous. Considering it was a regional holiday I was quite surprised. The rates are fair and they didn't require payment during delivery. I was billed by email. Fantastic organization. I definitely etoy recommend this organization.

Always excellent customer service. They are quick with same day or next day options and when an emergency happens ( like a toilet sticks and drains your complete load of water in one night) they rush to get you back up and running. The staff are helpful and professional. Highly recommend!
