Wasn't Impressed! Went to buy a vanity, we found the one we wanted, had it brought up to the till only to be told it was on hold for someone. Why is it still on the shelf to take if it's on hold??? The customer service rep was kinda rude about it.

This store didn't have what I was looking for but the staff were very helpful in trying to Macgyver" a solution for me! Poducts are products; great staff are priceless!"

Most items are overpriced. Very difficult to find a staff member to help you. Check your sales slip, chances are you have been overcharged. If you get a rain check for an item, don't hold your breath waiting for the item. You could die waiting.

This is definitely the worst Kent I've been to, and as a contractor I have been to many different locations in the Atlantic provinces. Today I spent 35 minutes waiting for some one to come unlock the wheelbarrows I went in twice and called once and no one came.so after 35 minutes, I went in and returned the wheelbarrows that I had paid for but never got and went to home hardware to purchase some (they were great! Not a big selection, but I had my 2 wheelbarrows in less than 5 minutes)So in short, this Kent sucks and I will not be going back, to waste 35 minutes if my time and my 15 employees that may be waiting for me to return with supplies.

Easy shopping most things that you are looking for is in stock unless it is something that is delayed because of covid and the staff are very polite and helpful.

A very nice store for your DIY projects material. They dont stock a wife variety of wood unfortunately. Always very friendly people that went out of their way to help. Would definitely be back to your store!

Went in to buy a gallon of red paint. Waited at the paint counter for about 5 minutes. No one offered help even though several employees walked past so I went looking for help. A couple isles over there were 2 employees chatting. Not about work. Eventually I interrupted and asked “excuse me but could I get some help at the paint counter?” One gentleman said yes sure that would be me! So I replied wait…. Did you not just walk past me twice while I was standing at the paint counter. He just ignored me and continued to the paint area. I left the store. And will never return

If I could rate this store a zero I would. My husband are children and I went into this store August 4 th to be followed around like we were criminals. This was are first time being in this store as we are new to the province and Gander. Finally my husband told the lady we didn't need to be followed if we needed help we would find her . This is very disappointing experience
