Mr. Lube + Tires

Very quick and professional service was given by Wesley and the crew when I went for an oil change. Wesley was able to give me his honest input regarding any additional items I may require the whole while they cleaned my windows and topped up my windshield wiper fluid, free of charge. Thanks for the great service!

Paige, Wesley, David are great, asked and offered everything and gained permission first. Mark on the other hand decided to take a pry tool to my fan shroud without asking first and busted a pressure clip claiming it was already broken but I saw him busy it. At least be honest about it like come on. Not happy at all

I arrived this morning after making a call and requesting to have my tire repaired due to a nail. Upon inspecting my tire, the technician informed me that it couldn't be fixed and tried to persuade me to purchase a new one. My tires have been replaced last year soInstead, I promptly went to my trusted mechanic who successfully repaired it for a mere $26. This establishment's lack of competence is quite disappointing.

Great overall experience. Was greeted immediately upon pulling up, went in for an oil change and replaced both air filters. Was very well taken care of by Tyler, he is definitely the expert in that shop. Tyler was very friendly, professional and happy to help all the other employees during the busy time and also explain everything to me. He went the extra mile to insure my safety catching a previous shortcut made on my car. Will be back to this location specifically for all my future maintenance and when considering new tires in the near future.

We had a wonderful experience with Paige at this location. Paige was professional and extremely knowledgeable. She was so kind and answered all our questions. She was also helping all her colleaugues at this same time. I would recommend Paige and this location in particular. We can not say enough about Paige.

Wesley, Mark, and Jaxon were absolute studs. Gave us a listing of every need our van had, but still stuck to our budget. So dang fast, and so dang friendly. Great service.

I thought I went to Mr. Lube to get my oil changed. Firstly; they did actually change my tires, and changed them well. Service wasn't great besides this. The people changing my oil went on break in the middle of my service and it took 20 minutes before someone else came in and helped me. They never showed me my oil stick, nor my filter and didn't check anything else like they normally do. I thought it was fine and paid them in full. Flash forward a few months later, my car starts making strange noises and when I get it checked out by a mechanic, the oil in my car is black AND the oil stick is bottom of the barrel low. I got informed that it's likely they never changed my oil; they charged me 80$ for that. This could have killed my car if I didn't catch it; I will NEVER come here again because of this. At best this was incompetence of the worst kind, and at worst they scammed me. Now I have to get an early oil change AND something else mixed in just to make sure my car doesn't die. I wouldn't recommend going here, as if you check the 1-star review they seem to have a pattern with shoddy oil changes. Yikes.

I usually go to Mr. Lube but not this location, however, Nick was amazing and super sweet. He had a very welcoming attitude and didn’t make me feel pressured to get anything that I didn’t want and didn’t offer me anything that I didn’t which. Typically I go to a different location since my uncle manages is and I know that I’m only getting what I need but I would go back to this location again, due to Nick, plus it’s closer to me which is a bonus.

The team down at the 6808 McLeod trail location did a bang up job. Keeping me informed on the possible future things to consider for the next visit. Super kind and friendly staff 10/10 would recommend.
