U-Haul Moving & Storage of Langley

I've rented trucks from this location a handful of times in the past, and again, twice in the last 2 weeks. For me it's always been a fairly smooth process and never any issues with the equipment. The staff I dealt with most recently were all quite friendly and professional. Keep up the good work, Sukh and the team!

Upon returning the rental, the store clerk called me sir 3 times and we were charged on our credit card when we were told we can pay by debit but the clerk just automatically charged it to the credit card without asking.The female clerk was horrible.Thank goodness another employee stepped in and fixed the problem. Very disrespectful calling a woman, sir!

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve dealt with uhaul from another province which was far more organized and had knowledge of their products/policy’s and customer care. This location on the other hand did nothing to help. We shipped a u box across the country and it has been with this location for about 4 days now and we have been phoning this location to make reservations to access it and no one picked up except for 1 time and we were told to phone back in 30 minutes offcourse no answer after a few phone calls again. Monday today took the day off and we went down early in the day and was told we couldn’t access it because we have to phone and make reservations. The lady agent did nothing to help but just old us flat out no. We are now having to rush tomorrow after work to get loading and rent a truck from them to do it in 1 load to be able to make it before their closing time. I phoned uhaul u box department and the agent phoned this location and only response she received was that they weren’t ready for it. The agent was just as baffled as we were and told me we are opening a store complaint and gave me a reference number. I kept all call logs and interactions documented. Will pursue a compensation act very dissatisfied With the workers at this location. Other than that the phone agents were much helpful and kind.

I rented a truck, followed the instructions, booked a ferry for the move, went to pick up the truck at the exact time, and was surprised to find that the truck was not available, there was no key, nobody to help, and was advised by Uhaul to drive an hour to another location to find an available truck. I had called this location multiple times in the days leading to the rental and never any response. Never again.

They keep raising the rent every other month and I have been using Uhaul for over a decade and it’s too much as an expense to keep using their services. For that reason they will make you go broke.

Had one of those long day, tough moves with all the hiccups included. Management was very kind and considerate. Well done. And thank you.

Friendly staff, excellent service. Didn't wait long in line to get my rental truck, even though there's quite a bit of people ahead of me. Will go here again to rent u haul trucks!

Literally the worst Uhual in B.C. you can never get a hold of someone there. Constantly put you on hold for 25 minutes or more. They pick up and hang the phone up right away. Just disgusting customer service.When you rent a truck they just throw the keys at you.Terrible terrible terrible. You guys are the worst I have ever dealt with.
