Food was cold and greasy. Paid way too much. Paid $16 for a 4 piece which said specifically NO WINGS as paid for white meat extra.. also specified no legs. Got both :(

Disgusting three twisters ordered which were cold like ice, the cook has directly used the tortia wrap from the refrigerator, as I understand should have been placed on hot work surface to bring down the temperature, asked from the cashier who lied by saying that they serve it cold only, this is a new recipe,

40% of the time, they don't have chicken ready. It's KFC. Chicken is in the name. I understand that you're trying to save waste, but dropping JUST enough chicken basically means that as soon as someone ahead of you orders a bucket, that's it. Another 20 minute wait. For a restaurant, that's a quick. For Shopping Mall Fast-food? Unacceptable. Even when I do get an order of chicken, RNG hits again. Is it gonna be perfect and juicy? Or deplorable an dry? It's like Fried Chicken Roulette.

TODAY WE ORDER A BIG BUCKET OF KFC wich was 52 dollars, it was a DISASTER SADLY CHICKEN was SO TERRIBLY BAD DRY NO TASTE AT ALL . SUCH A WASTE OF OUR MOEY and our weekend lunch was all spoilt . really disappointing KFC has no longer has the taste now it has happened with us for the 4th Time NOW .... we are not going to buy KFC in future , BAD QUALITY

For Willowbrook KFC Whoever worked the noon shift may 9th really gave us exceptional service and delicious food. Thank you so much. We can't afford take out often and I'm super glad we ordered our family meal here, fed us lunch and dinner! . Haven't personally had KFC in over a year but will be back to your location more often.

I only had tenders, tenders were not even warm so not fresh at all when I asked the cashier she said they were fresh instead of apologizing ..... sadBad service and not too many kfc options around here ...

I visited 12 June 5.45pm order fresh big crunch box they just reheated and give old stale fries this restaurant needs to be shut down.

I don’t know if that is considered a drumstick or not but I ordered two, and one of these “drumsticks” has broken bones inside and they decided to give it to me.
