Cash Advantage

Never been so mortified in my whole life! I have been a long time customer to this company and generally had little issues. Until this past week. I have always paid my bill and if not was always in contact and advised when I can pay and proceeded to do so. Until this past Friday I was unable to make my payment until after the weekend. They attempted to call me ONCE regarding the late payment at 3pm Monday.. on a blocked number being at work I did not answer. Within 15 min she (Suzanne Smith) had called my friend, my coworker, my dad and my very recent ex! Less than 20 min after missing her call and before I could even check my VM I had recieved a TXT from my dad a missed call from my ex, the co worker asked me what's up and my boss emailed me. All because at this point was only 3 days late paying and this was their first attempt to contact me!!! Never in my life would I have imagined that she would not even allow me time to respond to the miss call or not even attempt a 2nd call before she whent to the extreme that she did, was absolutely unnecessary and completely mortifying for no good reason! I paid off what I owed and never intended on using this company ever again!Shame on you.Filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I had a business not pay me my final paycheck on time. They waved any fees and we're awesome and friendly about waiting for the last 175 of the loan I borrowed. Terrible business!! They do not know how to do their jobs properly. I paid back my loan, on time, and they phoned my employeer and told them I had an unpaid loan and that I was to contact Cash Advantage immediately. My employeer told me they were so rude on the phone. I phoned to complain and instead of apologizing I got hung up on. I can see why they are not part of the BBB and why there is only one store left open. There are way better companies to deal with. Do not get gouged for a small amount of money and then get treated terribly on top of it. Low paying, low education job. I guess thats why the owner and employees are such jerks. It is the last store open and it should be put out of business.

If you want a difficult experience try dealing with these people. Absolutely absurd, and don't trust their website asking you to log into your bank

The team at the Hillside location has been heloing me out for almost two years now and has saved me so many times without charging me interest even, at one point when things were really hard. They'll treat you like family, especially Suzanne and I appreciate it and would recommend them to anyone.

Easy to deal with, and a quick and easy process if you need to get yourself out of a tight spot financially. I ended up in between jobs and they were totally understanding, and worked to help me get my loan paid back, they even waved any additional interest fees!! I would recommend these guys and I would also question any negative reviews..

This company accused my partner of being a “liar” and then said that any contact would be “harassment” and “dealt with appropriately” when he asked for the owners information. Hiding something? Perhaps. Why not give the owners information if the representative (Megan) didn’t do anything wrong? Probably because she did EVERYTHING wrong. In the payday loan world - the way you communicate to customers is very important - this business does a very poor job at communication. I would recommend CashMoney or Moneymart.

I have taken loans from many places over the years and the team here is fantastic and the best. Extremely quick service, always super helpful and they are always willing to go the extra mile. Anytime I've had a question they are right on point and I wouldn't go anywhere else.Being able to e-transfer them back and then just do a quick app for a reloan is a giant difference maker as I'm extremely busy and don't always have time to go in so just having to make a quick call makes all of the difference.

Suzanne & Glen were so helpful in helping me. They called me by my name when they saw me coming in. Very courteous, friendly n treat you with respect!! Never had any issues at all, if anything, they go above n beyond to help you!

Avoid at all costs!!! This place calls you a liar if your information raises “red flags”. The manager (Megan) refused to provide the owners information when asked and apparently gives no care to how they communicate with customers. I am creating a public awareness around this business to help others form being victims of poor business practices.
