Hi purchased my brand new honda civic car on 22nd April 2022. Everything was good at start and my sales person Jacob was professional and nice. However, they have given me defected car. I just drive to work and when my friend took ride with me he had to charge his phone and you know what the rear USB port did not work. I got them fixed from them and after fixing them my music doesn’t work well now. sometimes It doesn’t give any sound when you turn on radio or apple play. they told me they will get it fixed and I called them yesterday to make an appointment.Why would you sell me a defective brand new car? it was my first car and not a good impression. Guys please, I did not buy the refurbished car. Also,I have to come from long way from Brampton, over an hour drive.If management is reading a review please respond. I am not asking anything extra but just give me what I paid for .I will edit the review if my problem is solved. also, i don’t want to write about my loan approval thing . so long story short. fix my car or take it back and I have all proofs.

I would not recommend Olympic Honda if you want a quality and honest service. They replaced my battry and said the reason for high price is the quality and 5 years of warranty. After 3 years, I was there for battry replacement, and I realized that they only cover 40% of battry cost, and also i have to pay for testing the old battry to ensure it is not really working. The cost of the test almost equals to 40% of battery cost. Their price of battery is $100 more expensive than competitors. You better try other shops or dealers who have an honest warranty and stay behind their service.

My sales guy James is awesome. He is friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy to get my business which is why I purchased my car here. I like how James provides all the information I needed and then suggests a couple options based on what I need for both the car trim and financing. The dealership is clean and bright, which allowed me to check out the car I wanted thoroughly before making my decision. This dealership helped me to place a factory order with ease and without markup/fees.

I recently purchased a new civic from Olympic Honda Guelph and I had the best experience possible. They delivered my car way before the actual date and it was the most transparent and honest car deal. So i was at honda guelph because the tape around the power window button lifted off and cracked not even rip. Service Manger tells me it's not cover under warranty. First I have bumper to bumper coverage that means anything and everything is covered under warranty. He tells me it's not covered cause i" put something there to damage it. Point a finger at me. I literally told him don't u dare #$@# blame me. For poor honda quality. Then he tells me " tell u what I will go to bat for u and warranty the part." I said excuse me ? U going to do what for me ? How about u do your job and order the part under warranty cause it's clearly printed in black and white that honda covers everything within reason. Don't tell me u going to bat for me. I also told him he need to get better knowledge of the product he works with. Cause he told me honda only uses penzoil oil. Mean while I asked other honda dealers they have all told me they use Mobil 1 oil. I go to waterloo honda and there was no question asked. part is covered under warranty. So this service manager at Guelph thinks he smarter then every one else. He literally told me to go to honda cambridge or waterloo that he won't service my vehicle anymore band from servicing my vehicle at honda Guelph because I cursed at him for pointing a finger at me putting blame on me for a simple tape that cracked of because quality."
