The guys were tired but still interested in figuring out the best options to install the gas stove. I had to postpone the install because i found a problem with the gas thermostat control for the oven which has to be fixed first before we proceed with the gas pipe refit.I will request your services as soon as I am ready. I am so very pleased with this company, their organization was amazing, I originally called for ac repair of a 20 yr old ac but they told me it was going to cost the price of a new unit to repair as the price of gas it was using was super expensive now. So we got 2 quotes from them 1 for new ac unit & 1 for a heat pump, which is more expensive initially but with gas and hydro prices rising we decided to go that way. They had trouble getting a unit that wasn't dented and so had to reschedule the installation 2x but they phoned in plenty of time for me to replan and not stay home for nothing, they were very polite, honest and considerate. Jackson & Pat did most of the installation and they kindly completed, and adjusted previous contractor's unfinished work from a furnace install and even swept up when done...Shaun the wiring guy managed to work with our current set up and wiring which was nice as we don't have to get used to a new Thermostat that way. All in all I am completely so pleased that if I ever need heating, ac, or plumbing work ever done again this is the only company I will call, highly recommend them as you will not be disappointed.
