Tom and the rest of the staff here are very knowledgeable, dependable, and always greet you with a smile and a hello. They will go the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met. I have been getting all my prescriptions filled here for the last 10 years and never have I had any issue with the quality of service there. They also have delivery for those with transportation issues! I highly recommend Gateway Pharmacy for any and all your pharmaceutical needs.

Tom and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.My family and I had received our flu shot. He was especially great with helping our 2.5 year old daughter getting the nasal spray. He helped create a safe environment that resulted in my daughter accepting the nasal spray in both nostrils. He also carefully explained what to expect and what to do over the next few days if we experience any side effects.They are also following good covid-19 standards, wearing masks. We would definitely go back again in the future.We would definitely go back to get our flu shot or other needs in the future.

Tom is amazing pharmacist! Followed up on numerous times for my daughter who was ill and was very supportive and super helpful. Definately went above and beyond and am very thankful for everything he and his team does!

We as a family switched to Gateway pharmacy from another pharmacy over a year ago and they do not disappoint. Going out of their way to deliver my prescription to my home free of charge and always quick to get what I need in a timely manner. The employees are always so friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service and the pharmacist Michelle and Emily are very friendly and helpful. I like that they deliver medication to your home. Highly recommend Gateway Pharmacy than the big drug stores like Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drugs.

Had Covid and flu vaccine there, the nurse prefilled the syringes and took both of them out from the fridge without labels on them. I am ok if you prefilled your syringe with labels or if you just draw the meds in front of me without labels. The ways she did it just made me feel she was not very professional.Add: I did not see any mark from distinct markers on the syringes. You guys are using the exact same syringe for both covid shot and the flu shot. They are the exact same look syringes, and both shots are the same volume(ml), the meds have the same clear color. How do you ensure there is no error to be made? I am not sure what policies you are following. But elsewhere where I had my previous covid shot, they drew the medication in front of people. As far as I know, in other covid/flu shots locations this year, they do covid shot on one table and flu shot on another table. Running covid vaccine clinic is a huge responsibility, I hope you are following the same policy and procedures as other vaccine clinics.

Skip other pharmacies and please go to this one. I’ve always gone to big pharmacies before this one but I’m never going back to them after the amazing experiences I’ve had with the staff here. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me out. Super friendly and fast.
