I have been using ANSYS Mechanical support services of SimuTech Group for 7 years. I have used their supports to trouble-shoot complex FE problems, optimize FE modelling approaches, and automate FE modelling processes. Also have had many advanced technical discussions with them. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Simu Tech. we made an agreement withtara. however, we were asked to pay cash. After our representative went there in person, they called and mentioned that they don't give any discount and we should pay more money through credit cart! This was a deal breaker for us as they changed their approach and did not respect their customer!
