Budget Truck Rental

Had to line up for an insane amount of time but otherwise good customer service. The car was clean and we had no issues. Just seemed weird that we paid more for extra insurance than the cost of the actual car. Would recommend that you just use the insurance that comes with your credit card - we know for next time!

Amazing! We upgraded for the convertible to enjoy the coast. Would do it again. Even added an extra day and they were very accommodating.

Wonderful person working the counter. When checking over my rental she noticed a cracked windshield that I missed and wrote it down. Good thing because when I returned the car the guy checking me in noticed it right away. Older mystery car but got the job done.

Was worried because other reviewers complained about staff but my experience was A+. Friendly staff at both pick up and drop off. Nice car that was easy enough to pick up and drop back off from a location right in the middle of the tourist core of Victoria.

the worse service ever. I waited by the door. the clerk open the door without greeting us. that's how he welcomed us: do you have a reservation. he was so intimidation I walk out not to mention the cost or renting a car for one day was so high. I had to walk away telling him what kind of service this this.never again to budget. I shopped around and I found a better service and price. j would not suggest to anyone to use budget service

If i could give this place zero stars, i would. My mom and I had a family emergency and needed to rent a vehicle. My mom booked the car, called the night before to confirm pick up at 7 am and she was assured that someone would be there and they had the reservation even though they open at 730. When she arrived, no one was there and attempted to call several times in a panic as we had a ferry to catch. When a employee finally showed up at 7:30, they were rude and said they had no idea what my mom was talking about, and didn't even have our reservation. They ended up giving my mom a gas guzzling SUV, when we asked for a econo car and that looked like it had not been cleaned. I called later in the day to speak with the manager and was given attitude and no name of the manager was given. Avoid this place at all costs. Thankfully a place like this will eventually drive their own business into the ground. Worst ever!!!!

Absolutely Exceptional Customer experience! We were in a pinch and they went above and beyond to assist. Very patient, so friendly and incredibly helpful! Would 100% recommend!

Two stars is because the car did the job and got us from A to B (Victoria to Port Hardy, Kia Soll). The customer service at pickup from Victoria was a complete joke. The older gentleman on duty (name starts with N) was incompetent and unhelpful. He told us he had updated the drop-off point at Port Hardy, but he had not, which we only realised at Port Hardy. Tried to charge us extra on top of the amount we had already paid (in writing). Took ages to resolve and delayed our departure...we refused to pay more than already agreed. Scratches all over the car, which we had to check and document ourselves. Car was difficult to locate in the carpark. Car also had no sat nav.
