Not a bad place to shop, but getting a cart may take some time as it needs a looney. The store is very huge and it's hard to find items. Cashiers are friendly though

First time here as we recently moved to Alberta!! Tyler, in the seasonal dept warehouse area was super helpful in helping us get our patio furniture that we wanted as well as helping us load it up!! We had to use part of the display and because of that, they gave us an extra discount on top of the great price we received! Thanks again Tyler. We really appreciated all of your help, determination and commitment to making sure we were satisfied. We will return soon. Thanks again Vicki & Mike L

Have shopped here regularly for several years and I love it. This is no fault of their own, but I recently purchased a box of facial wax strips, and when I opened them the box only had instructions. Unfortunately I threw my receipt out when I got home and unpacked everything. Perhaps more security is needed?

I'm a long time customer, but I shop more and more at Walmart because I'm sick of looking for stuff. It's always moving and / or there's no price tag, as if the ones they do have aren't already hard enough read. I also miss the bulk bins, a big reason why I was a loyal shopper. The prices have also jumped significantly on the no name and pc stuff.

This is directed at one employee and definitely not the whole store. This morning I visited the store for several items. One of those being a fruit salad from the deli. The only onethere was a discounted one and I wanted a fresh one. Normally all I have to do is ask and the employees are more than willing to accommodate but today I was told that she wouldn't make any and there was one on the counter if I wanted one. Thank you Natalia for getting my morning off to aa wonderful start. I hope that you are reprimanded for your response and that you get the required training for giving proper customer service as you definitely needed it.

Good amount of parking, lots of product in stock. Self checkouts were kind of dirty. And the pc optimum was down, not their fault, bit it would be good if it was announced throughout the store

Three words: variety, prices, service. Whatever grocery item you're searching for, 98% sure they'll have it, at the best price, and sell it to you with courtesy.You'll only have one stop to make, it's nice not having to go to multiple stores for items.Excellent variety on food selection. Ethic aisle is my go to when cooking international dishes, over the moon excited to see they carry Pork Floss (dried shredded pork - used as a garnish), fabulous selection of fresh produce (love the variety of fresh herbs & mushrooms), bakery has excellent choices of artisinal bread, snack aisle is HUGE with the biggest selection of chips & salty munchies, seafood (i ❤️ salmon)...That's just covering the huge variety this store carries of everything, the prices are the BEST, and every clerk I've had help me find a specialty Christmas flyer item to, the checkout line with my groceries have all been friendly to talk to and fun.And...you guys they accept PC optimum.. you won't find a better all around value when it comes to groceries.

Very clean store well stocked great health food section. Only issue I have is, now I know what crack smells like because they took the code locks off the bathroom doors. Can't let my kids use the washroom down there anymore because the toilet seats have burn marks on them.

Easily spend $200-$300 per week for my family of 5. First time I go to the new, Walmart-style self-checkouts, the lady rifles through my grocery bag asking what I just rang in, as I was trying to scan a double item and the second one would not take. No, excuse me

Good sales and prices on most items however don’t go ever expecting even a tiny shred of customer service because it is always seriously non existent, employees seem to hate their jobs and are so annoyed to be asked questions or if you ask for any kind of help, usually I go through self checkout to save myself the pain of dealing with another rude cashier but now they won’t let you use self checkout if you are over 25 items, cashier was so unbelievably rude again today and customer service was no better. The prices and points system are the only things making shop here and I have to just remind myself to not have any expectations around customer service
