My trips into this store have always been good. Staff are super helpful. Today being no exception. However when I was checking out the manager was talking with an older man about some mirrors he bought. It was a clearance item i believe. The manager refused to take back a product someone put in the box and the was upset. The product didn't match up to what he bought. We aren't allowed to open anything in store. So how was this guy to know it wasn't what he was buying. Things were getting pretty heated and the manager wouldn't even offer instore credit to the man. I just stood there in disbelief. Shame this had to tarnish the wonderful image of the store i had. I know it's just one thing. But it's what i will remember now.

The New Canadian at customer service who checked me out was one of the least friendly cashiers I've ever interacted with.The best part was when she decided to jam her finger in her ear right in front of me before using that hand to give me my receipt.No chance I'll shop at this Canadian Tire again just because of her downright insulting and completely disgusting customer service"."

We bought this lovely new tv stand/fireplace. It comes with a remote, has adjustable thermostat setting, fire light settings, display and a sleep timer. I love the sliding doors and all the storage space. It was interesting to set up but worth it. You gotta check it out ✌️""

Did a Curbside pickup on Dec. 21. The young gentleman who assisted us in loading the treadmill was so polite. He let us know which can we needed to load from and then helped us load it. He was very polite and exchanged pleasantries. Valuable. Thank you!

Customer service in sports/hunting dept was phenomenal! Employee was very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about firearms/hunting and related merchandise. Store is well staffed, lots of smiles! Always manage to purchase something!

I usually don't leave a review of places, but I just want to give a HUGE shout out to a gentleman named Collin who works in automotive, we asked him for helped and he helped find exactly what we needed and was pleasant to talk to, he even takes the time to show us exactly where the product is!! Always smiling and positive keep up the excellent work Collin we need more kind people like you!!
