Overcharged ($1200) for routine maintenance on a relatively new commercial (5 yr old) HVAC which they had serviced a year prior. Billed double the estimate and charged my card before I had a chance to discuss the charges with them. They are not straight. They sent me one real and one fake work order to justify the work done on two visits within a month of each other this May and June.

The owner and all the staff at ADN Refrigeration are the best in the industry. Professional, on time, and very curtious. I've dealt with a lot of companies similar to them and they are the best in the industry. They treat you like family and take care of you from start to end, nothing is complete until they hear it from you! The vast knowledge and diagnostics skills of the staff, is without a doubt, impressive!
