This hotel was a great stay for our family. We only stayed for 2 nights, although loved the waffles and breakfast sandwiches in the morning, and the saltwater pool was so relaxing. Laundry was quick and convenient and the rooms were very clean. Very friendly staff. The only one complaint I have was the pillows (one was very soft like a down duvet and the other was very hard and lumpy) but I brought my own pillow so only my spouse had to suffer haha.. It definitely will not stop me from choosing this location again when I'm in the area!

Great location, extremely clean, well equipped with anything you need for a short or long term stay including full size fridge and a kitchen to cook, cut and eat in. Large room felt spacious and clean! The complimentary breakfast was easily accessible, fully stocked and delicious. Pet friendly too!

Wow. This one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. It's not fancy like hotels in Vegas but very nice. Our 2 queen suite has a full sized fridge and a full sized microwave and even a dishwasher (yes there are even plates and bowls and cutlery and a toaster...).The room is very spacious with the kitchen, a sitting room (with a sofa that makes into another bed) as well as the bedroom area with a curtain to partion it off - again, very nice.Service was slow to check in but got the job done. Talked with maid service in the elevator but other than that the front desk didn't acknowledge our comings and goings (nice smile or wave makes you feel at home).We checked out the pool... nice and warm. The hot tub was almost too warm (not sure that's actually possible, but hey).We booked well in advance of our stay and got a great rate. Others that checked in last minute were paying almost double.I will definitely stay here again if the price is right (not paying double) and would be happy to bring my wife here (unlike some other hotels I've stayed in that aren't worthy of her (yes, I think very highly of her)).

That was my first time in this hotel, I was captivated by the welcoming staff and the cleanliness. Several breakfast menu items were offered. I also love that there is a furnished kitchenette in the room. Since I was there for business purposes, I have not had a chance to enjoy the pool and the fitness room. It’s a great place for family time.

2nd visit. Love the pool, outdoor barbecue space and breakfast. Front desk was friendlier in 2022 visit. The room had nice beds and linens. Great to have a kitchen with sink cupboards and fair sized fridge. Lots of storage and drawers for clothes etc.

We have stayed at Home2Suites at South Edmonton for twice and both time we had a great stay. And i can say this without doubt that at this price range it definitely is amongst the best places to stay if not the best in Canada.The rooms are great and an extra star should go the staff, they are super friendly and respectful. Exceptional people working over here i must say that.

This hotel is amazing and one of our family’s favourites. We have stayed a few times at this location. The rooms are very spacious and full size fridge to store snacks or drinks . It’s Incredibly clean and great service. Beds are comfortable too. Definitely recommend for a large family. We also liked the pool hours - open 5am - midnight. The location was exactly what we were looking for. 5 minutes (not even) to south common and 15 minutes from west Ed mall .Also a lot of near by local restaurants within 5-10 minutes It’s a very nice hotel to stay at with children .

What a lovely hotel! First thing I noticed upon walking into the lobby was how clean and fresh it smelled. Front desk was very nice and check in was fast and easy. Once in the room, you could tell that the cleaning crew really put a lot of effort into making sure the room was spotless! It both smelled and looked fantastic. The couch in the living room area is comfortable to sit on and not full of stains like we've encountered in other hotels. One issue we've had staying other places is tired, overused beds that are not only gross but sooo uncomfortable, that is not a problem here! Our king sized bed is super comfy and supportive, without any ruts from people sleeping in it night after night. The bathroom is huge and has a massive shower without any mold, no random hairs etc. Overall very impressed with the hotel and the staff that are keeping it running. Great job!

Room was huge. Very family friendly. Awesome breakfast considering we were just expecting continental breakfast. There were fresh waffles, fruits, yogurt, milk, bagels, all sorts of breakfast sandwiches, eggs, cereal etc. Lovely small little swimming pool. Hotel is conveniently located by the hwy so close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

We planned to stay at this hotel for two weeks and had to extend our stay by almost a week. Despite being on the southern edge of Edmonton, it is still easily accessible to Calgary Trail and the Anthony Henday drive. The hotel was overall very quiet and we were impressed by the decor in the rooms and the common areas. It was very clean and the staff are all very polite and friendly. There was a dishwasher, microwave, garburator, and refrigerator in the room which was handy at times. The Wi-Fi was fast and flawless. Surprisingly, however, the TV in the room was not a smart TV, so we could not access Netflix. There was also no safe in the room. Breakfast was included and it was perfectly adequate for our needs. If there's something negative to be pointed out it might be the sheets on the bed. Additional housekeeping other than every 5 days is by request,.... So we were surprised to find the quality of the sheets and pillows to be far less than average. Another really nice positive for this hotel is its proximity to beautiful walking trails along the Blackmud Creek. The air conditioning and heating system in the room worked extremely well. There is an exercise room, laundry facilities, swimming pool and hot tub. Next time we are visiting Edmonton we would certainly consider staying here again.
