Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I like to say that you can tell more about a company from seeing how they handle hiccups than from seeing how things go smoothly.My experience was fantastic, but there was a hiccup that affected my rental. While this hiccup was completely out of Enterprise's hands, Elizabeth immediately went above and beyond to quickly help a customer get on their way, leaving me very happy with this location.

Enterprise is okay. Have problems with the rental car. Big problems. Couldn't get a tow truck at all. Another company came and got me. Tow truck drivers don't give you a ride home. If you don't know nobody to come get you or bus line you out of luck. When I was there. To rent a car. There was only one person that I can say was really helpful. Of course he worked there. I commend you for doing your job. Right behind Bob Evans on Michigan avenue.. person that took care of me he was very nice and polite. I just didn't like the service of getting a tow truck to come get the rental car just to help me out.. until the end of the day. I was there inside the rental car for quite some hours. But then again you never know whether a new car or old car will break down on you. But the new model car broke down. And at the end of the day I had a hard time. Just wish somebody would have tried harder for me. A person that's disabled. And didn't know what to do. So Enterprise. You got to be a little more concerned about people that come get a rental car. I understand that people's tears the rental cars up but that wasn't me. I respect other people's property. And bring it back the way they gave it to me. I just couldn't get that tow truck service until the end of the day late in the evening. You got to do a little bit better.

I had rented a 15 passenger van for a weekend trip to Hamilton Ohio for a youth event. After getting on the highway it began to rain and I noted that the wiper blades needed changing. When we were about a half hour from the hotel smoke started to come from what I assumed was the rear air conditioning unit. I turned it off and no more smoke. I also noted that the change oil soon" message came on. We continued our trip as the rain had stopped

I had 5 different interactions with this company in 1 day because I was unaware their representatives book reservations not knowing if the car is available or not. I was told by an employee that when customers reserve cars online it is not guaranteed and the reason they book the cars without checking the availability is because they receive commission for every reservation they set. Needless to say I was forced to drive a vehicle I would NEVER drive out of town eventhough I reserved the vehicle a MONTH in advance. Also, as a person who does NOT believe in debt and does NOT own or use credit cards it's a pain not being able to rent the larger SUV's!

Excellent customer service. DeAndre and Lizz we’re great and even reached out during and after the trip to ensure there were no issues with the truck. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

I rented a minivan for a whole week and when I arrived they said we have your request and we don't know anything about your reservation and when they found the reservation they said go to another site and ask them without any apology or help and I called the company and they found a 19 mile car and they said everything is ready and when I arrived at the site after 30 minutes of driving they said the price It has changed and I have to pay an additional amount of $155. I asked about the reason. They said each site has a different price, but on the Internet, when I booked all the prices one, I told her to cancel the reservation, so she agreed without any reaction, assistance or interest. I even canceled the hotel reservation because I did not get a car and canceled the whole trip. Because of this company it's the worst experience of my life.....

Well i originally rented a 15 passenger vehicle and when i went to pick it up i waited may hour or hour n half before being told that my reservation was canceled now i had already drove 42 miles to pic this one up so they started looking find another location which was another 20 miles to get that but those ppl where very pleasant and helpful. Ive been trying every since june 20th to see if there is some type of compensation for all my inconvieniece but no one ever returns my calls.

Kyra was fantastic. She was so professional in every way. Everyone was great. I'm very glad I ended up there. I tried 5 or 6 enterprise place and no one had a vehicle I could drive. But the Enterprise on Kean St. did. I was very happy with the car I got as well. I will go there again if I need a rental.

We rented a car to take to Florida for 2 months. The Enterprise in Dearborn was the best price I could find and they were great to work with.The minivan we rented served our purpose very well -- there were some minor radio panel issues, but the car itself drove wonderfully.The staff was great to work with.

The people that work there did an excellent job, and adjusted my gas price, so I’m very pleased, I would Recommend Enterprise
