If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful. Flew across the country to buy a car and it was damaged completely. Nothing like the pictures. Then because I had to go check out of my hotel they went and sold the car on me even tho I had a disposit down. Worst experience you’re better off buying a car from a monkey. Nothing but rude crooks. The sales manager is a snake and so is the sale men. Don’t waste your time here. Worst experience of my life.

I wouldn't trust the Mitsubishi dealership to tie their own shoelaces, let alone sell me a car. Their complete lack of post-sales support is a disgrace. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about your satisfaction or concerns. It's clear that they prioritize profit over customer loyalty. Save yourself the disappointment and find a dealership that actually values its customers.

Went here from Langley, Hands down absolutely best customer service I've had at any dealership. The team is very customer oriented. And they do their best to get you into a vehicle at the best rates available. Cody, Brian and Anton went above and beyond, and got us into a new outlander which fits our lifestyle perfectly. Absolutely recommend going to this dealership over any in Langley :)

I have to say, the Mitsubishi dealership is a perfect example of everything that's wrong with the car-buying experience. The salespeople are pushy, sleazy, and have absolutely no regard for the customer's needs or preferences. I wouldn't trust them to sell me a pack of gum, let alone a car. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. All the reviews you are reading are FAKE as well, no one has had a good experience here they've shut down 2 times in the past year already.
