I only have great things to say about Homestead Insurance I would recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional experience. Have been going here for many years.

Went in to this office with my daughter who was insuring her car for the first time and paying the monthly premium herself. I had a storage policy on the vehicle which was to be re reimbursed once the vehicle was on the road, I was told by the agent that I had to go back to the office I purchased the storage policy from to get the refund, and that she couldn't help me. So I did this and the other office said anybody can reimburse me and that the information that agent gave me was false!While I was insuring the vehicle I produced a bill for an immobilizer system installed on the vehicle for an additional rebate for my daughter, the same agent said I don't need that beacuse it is built in to the rate".FALSE!!! It wasn't again I found this out at the other office.Clearly the Homestead agent is not familiar with ICBC policy and maybe shouldn't be so quick to answer if she doesn't know. I would not recommend doing business with this company."

They went out of their way to explain the ins and outs of the policy that I received from them... Big Thanks !

My family's go to but for me absolutely not. The reason for such a low rating is the last few times I have gone in myself they all don't welcome me, don't look at me, and last time I said hello she grunted at me. I work in customer service also -they just need to learn some simple human interaction manners.

Exceptional and Outstanding service for 18 yrs, all the staff go the Xtra mile to help and accommodate. A warm and friendly group, always looking to help out and save the customer a few dollars. We need more businesses like this in BC.
