Doctor lail is hopeless.Only making money.Called me and said in 15 minutes go for exray.I was late and arrived for exray 1.45 late , and they said they haven't received any documents for my exray.So I went to Prajna medical at 12.02 and it's closed. No sign .Website not updated.Phone call not answering.

Never answer phone calls. I have tried multiple days and multiple times.

Front desk staff never answer phone calls. Doctor is awesome. I have given them feedback also that you don't answer phone calls but still no improvement after mentioned so so many times.

GP Lail is a very talented, and highly knowledgeable practitioner. This is the best Ayurvedic Center in all of BC.

Doctor is v. Friendly. V.nice..

THEY DON’T ANSWER PHONE CALLS!!! ITS RIDICULOUS! I live 20 mins away and they expect me to drive there just to book an appointment.

Doctor is very good but staff don't answer calls. You can call them anytime in day but they won't answer.

There’s a woman that works here, not sure if she is the owner or an employee but found her to be extremely aggressive and unpleasant. She also wore way too much perfume and I ended up leaving with a migraine. She just talked about herself non-stop and seemed almost braggy. She was very very pushy with up-selling products that I tried to politely decline, and she became rude when she saw that she would not be making the extra sales. I found the whole experience to be stressful and will definitely not be going back. The prices were also quite high. The hours are also odd, I see a doctor in the same plaza and tried to stop in a couple of times during business hours initially to make an appointment and they were closed mid-morn or afternoon despite the posted hours saying they should be open, also had to call for a couple of weeks before I could get a live person on the phone. Do yourself a favour and go with someone else, you will be so glad you did :(

Dr Sahib very friendly cooperative and highly experienced .
